Subway — Restaurant in Fort Worth

on august 04,2015 around 1:30 maybe a quarter to 2 I purchase a veggie salad I ask for tomatoes, onion bell pepper, spinach, and lettuce. First there was no tomatoes and I only got half of a salad. so I call the store the person I talk to was very nasty cut you off in the middle of your sentence. he also said if you set there and watch him prepare the salad so it my fail for not getting tomatoes in my salad. I didn't know I had to watch someone fix a salad when I was buying other thing. now my co-worker and I come here cause we like the way we are treaded but I can take my business elsewhere. Never and I mean never eat at this location. I was going there all the time. On two different occasions I saw a fly in the food. The first time there was a fly in the cookies and I told the woman at the cash register. She took the cookies out but did not immediately throw them away. I always wondered what happened to those cookies. I found out on 8/18/17. I went yesterday to get a sub and a woman tells a worker that there was a fly in the ham. He immediately removes the ham.
