I’m having a horrible experience with this store. I placed an order online back in November. And I’ve never had any problems with them since I’ve ordered before/ but this time I’m having an issue. They sent me an incomplete order. I immediately called them to let them know I was missing pink bell bottoms. The gentleman told me he would check if he had it in stock to send it to me or he would issue me a refund . And I said ok that’s fine. Now I’ve been patient and I haven’t heard back from them. They are ignoring my calls . I’ve been calling for two days straight and I go straight to voice mail . My other issue is the 2 jackets I ordered were too big on me. So I told them I needed to return them and they said they would send me a shipping label and never did. I work for the post office so I went ahead and shipped it back through ups. I have my receipts that the package was received. I’ve also contacted one of my friends on social media her name is Nona to ask about this shop me she told me that A lot of her followers are having issues with this shop . I will now have to file a dispute with my bank and get my money because this company is doing fraud/ and they will not mess with my money. I’m tired od being patient and...
Read moreI wanted to support a local family owned business; however, my experience left much to be desired. I bought my brother a rather expensive pair of boots as an early Christmas present online. I had to call the number provided as I was not updated on my order via e-mail and was told to come in person as they had several online orders to fulfill. Once in the store, my brother tried the boots; however, his sizing for that particular boot was different and decided to change sizes but they did not have the size he needed and we weren’t allowed a refund due to their policy which was understood but nevertheless disappointing. Additionally, the customer service was disappointing as the individual tending to us appeared to be disinterested and informed us a product we asked for was out of stock; however, after a thorough search of the store various items of the product we were looking for were clearly available.
I highly DO NOT recommend this business establishment and recommend other individuals to frequent Cavenders, Boot Barn, etc… for their western wear needs as they have better business...

I am getting married in August & when my fiancé went to the store to look for the jackets the groomsmen & himself would possibly wear the employee asked him to order them ASAP because winter is almost over .. we did what he asked us to do & when the guys went to get their size the guy was not even asking how could he help them. They said the guy was just talking & hanging out with his friends. Also once they all went for their size the guy told my fiancé to allow him a week and he should have the jackets ready . It’s been 2 months & we’ve called him a couple of times to get a status on the order & he just keeps telling us that he forgot to pick up the order & that he’s been busy & forgets to pick up the order . Again my wedding isn’t until August I know there’s still enough time but don’t commit to something if you aren’t going to fulfill that. Also telling a paying customer “i forgot to pick it up” at least 4 times is so unprofessional . NEVER getting anything...
