Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I just left this Taco Bell just off I-30

there was nobody in the store and nobody at the drive-through so I know they were not too busy

I asked them to explain their steak menu for dietary reasons they gave me all of my steak burrito options and a steak gordita

So I made my Oder $9.60 something... I glanced at one of the steak items after I pick it up and felt as light as a taco and ask them is this the steak gordita. she said yes... so not wanting to cause any issues I decided to make the best of it

I drove five minutes down the road and reached into the bag to eat my steak Gordita and steak burrito

The gordita had 6-8 tiny pieces of "steak" on it. And the burrito ... let's just say every bite of runny beans) which I specifically didn't want) I was hoping they just rolled it the wrong way(which is a Taco Bell trade mark) I never got to a piece of steak until the last two bites and agin maybe 4-6 pieces of what they are calling a "supreme Steak Burrito" ...it was 95% beans!

I paid 9.60 something for two steak items and a soft drink ... that is almost a sit down restaraunt price.

I know I chose Taco Bell so can't have too high of expectations... but for their select steak items???

So I called and called and called

After about 20 calls I called another Taco Bell

They said "yep it will go to their fax machine and ring busy from that point on" I have called dozens of times to no answer... remember the store was dead not only just not busy, but dead... I now know why

I would love someone to leave feedback from that Taco Bell on here and a number that someone will actually answer. I would be glad to change and update this review, if there is any reasonable explanation to all this...

Just seems to be the slack handed and careless attitude you find all too common.

To the Owner and manager of this Taco Bell,...

Went there last night and ordered 2 items, a beef taco salad combo meal with unsweetened ice tea and a steak burrito, for $11.34. I got a beef taco salad that was hurriedly placed-in the box and large plastic bag - no steak burrito and a sweetened tea. I was not provided a receipt but did get my change from the $12 I provided. I believe this was a deliberate ripoff from the drive through person because the salad was placed into the box and plastic bag in such a way to deceive me and to give me the impression the plastic bag contained both my paid items. To support this theory is the quickness of my order being processed and the fact the beef taco salad was a mess in its box and my unsweetened tea substituted with sweetened tea. I am now on guard with this Taco Bell and will delay my future orders to verify I am getting what I ask and paid for. I know this type of service we consumers have to pay for from time to time is expected and our only recourse is to submit a negative review after the fact. I for one believe that with this type of service, we should never increase our minimum wage. This drive through person is a cheat and will continue to steal until the management catches her. I ordered a $5 cravings box but I wanted to substitute the twists for chips but was told they couldn't do that. At the window I asked for a cup of ice and was also told they couldn't do that either. When I go h order I checked it and was missing a whole taco and sour cream on the other so I asked for my receipt an a third employee came to the window this time a umale, he rudly asked what I needed so I told him my receipt and he grabbed it an asked if this was it as if I had seen it already then when I told him something was missing out of y bag he continued to hold my receipt and asked me what I ordered. This place is extremely rude including the manager who was telling everyone what to say. A refund wasn't even worth the fight but I will be going to the highest management...
