Customer service is absolutely awful. Stacey being the main culprit. I attempted a drive thru order on an obviously busy night (waited about 30 minutes in line because lobby was closed). When it came time for me to order, I sat for several more minutes with no acknowledgement so finally hello and was sharply told to continue waiting. When she returned, I placed my order and was interrupted because she HAD to have the size. I asked if she could let me finish speaking and she couldnāt handle it and asked the same thing over and over. Eventually told me to get out of line and that she was refusing me service. I went to the window to ask her name and again was ignored for several minutes. When a young man came to the window, I asked for the name of the woman whom I could plainly see was ignoring me, and he shut the window on me. Finally she came to the window, I asked her name (finally got it) and wished her a better day, but she couldnāt leave it alone and again was very rude. Just unbelievable. They have a camera but who knows if they actually keep recordings to confirm my account....

This is likely one of the most poorly managed fast food restaurants I've ever experienced. On two prior visits I stood in line for several minutes without an employee acknowledging my presence or attempt to summon help. Several employees, including the shift manager, could see the line and the sole employee at the register struggling but did nothing to assist. Several customers eventually left. On my last visit I ordered two hot fudge sundaes (vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, caramel and M&M's) and received two plain vanilla cones. When I asked for the correct order the person at the register asked for assistance. The other employee plopped the ice cream into cups, added a few drops of hot fudge and placed them in front of me. I again asked for the correct order. All I got was an excuse about not having been trained on how to make them and a take it or leave it stare. If there were other soft serve ice cream options close to my parents home I would cease doing business at...

In response the girl made a rude retort and words were exchanged. The girl then called my mother an expletive term. I went inside to speak to the manager. I was told by a cashier that she was to busy to speak with me. When she finally came out to speak with me she defended her employee by saying she was just 16 and made minimum wage. This should not be used as an excuse to use a very derogatory and dirty term towards a customer. I work in the customer service industry as well, so I understand the pressure. I said I was going to call corporate to complain (which I did) and was told to leave and that I was not welcome back.
