I’m not a big Subway goer. But it’s nearby so my mother in law and I came over here and ordered. My mother in law got 3 ft long sub sandwiches but one of the sandwiches she had made into a 1/2 tuna and 1/2 cold cold. No big deal right? I mean we are paying customers. So what does it matter how we have our subs prepared price isn’t much different and didn’t ask to be charged less or anything of the sort. We figured we’d be charged for each sub properly. Either way when we were being rung up a employee named Kate, (a skinny, younger white female with longer light brown hair w/ grown out blonde highlights) when the young man (skinny, light skinned white male, with brown hair can’t remember his name) who made the sandwiches told her what they were and how the one foot long was 1/2 & 1/2 she had a fit, screaming at the young man totally trying to belittle him in the store like you could tell he was really upset by the way she was talking to him but like a professional the young man didn’t allow her to get under his skin and he kindly just appeased her… Meanwhile I’m still in line waiting to place my order so the younger man starts making my sandwich and I notice there are horse flies flying all over in the subway. So I asked them if they had a fly swatter, Kate responded with “Why would we have a fly swatter? Does it look like we sell them here?” In shock due to her response I responded back “You have flys all over your store.” Kate then responds “Not my problem they’ve been in here all day. Deal with it.” At that point I was just done with the store I couldn’t even tell the nice young man what I wanted on my sub I was so disgusted. Moral of the story is KATE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY! She had to have provided me with the worse service in Subway history. The young man however who was working that day should be promoted and seriously given a job over at corporate in the customer relations, quality control department, somewhere along those lines bc the way he handled nasty potty mouth Kate was amazing and shouldn’t have to work along she a nasty female. Kate you should be fired, your behavior, and attitude are a horrible representation of everything Subway is not and never wanted to be. Thanks...
   Read moreIf I could give this location zero stars, I would. I stopped by tonight expecting a simple sandwich, but what I encountered was beyond unacceptable. One employee was visibly miserable—when I politely asked how his night was, his only response was, “I just want to get out of here.” That alone set the tone for the experience. The other employee? Wearing slippers, going in and out of the restroom without washing her hands, and then heading straight into the back. On top of that, she had friends hanging around, going in and out of the restroom together—doing who knows what kind of ungodly activities.
This was hands-down the most unprofessional and unsanitary Subway I have ever visited. For the sake of cleanliness and basic food safety, I will no longer be coming to this location and strongly suggest others don’t either—for their own...
   Read moreWill not be coming back. Sad to see this store remodeled and things don't work. Came in soda machine was out of order, went to order 2 subs ,steak and meatballs.... Informed out of steak. (I'm sure more was in the back but didn't want to get it). I said meatballs then. Went to order 2 footling meatballs told they only have enough for 1. Changed order again... As I was paying 2-3orders came in online. Server then called to back and said "heat up more meatballs in the microwave we have a couple orders for meatball subs coming in. Put it in and hit 0" How wrong is to tell me your out when I want it but then heat more up as I leave. Will not be back. Sure if I went in first thing this morning there would have been steak and meatballs... Your not out you just don't want...
