I can't believe it has taken me this long to write a review but after my most recent experience I feel compelled to.

I first started working with this jeweler in late 2021 when I ordered my custom engagement ring. It came out beautifully, exactly how I wanted it.

I had a long engagement so fast forward to late 2024 when I was ready to order my band. First of all, Kat remembered me right away 3 whole years later when I called in 🥹

I inquired about the pricing of adding an extra halo to my engagement ring in addition to the band and Kat informed me about the option to purchase a band with a halo enhancer so I could kill 2 birds with one stone (no pun intended) saving me a ton of money I'm sure! Again, it turned out beautifully and exactly how I wanted it.

A couple months after the wedding, I ended up damaging the halo enhancer in a freak incident. I called in and Kat reassured me they would take care of it and also offered to resize my engagement ring (I had purchased the band a half size smaller than the original).

Not only did my rings come back to me as good as new at no cost to me but they even included a gift! Thank you so much Kat and team, Sami will be my only option for fine/custom...

I would advise anyone to not use this jewler for anything. I bought an engagement ring for my soon to be fiance and they totally took advantage of me. Paid a nice chunk of money and when I got a second and third opinion from other well respected jewelers they both said the same thing that it was not a high quality stone and evaluated the cost at much lower than what I paid. I regret to say I've bought lots of jewelry from here in the past and I wish I had not.

This has nothing to do with my relationship with the owners ex-husband. It has to do with a jeweler taking advantage of someone who isn't a jeweler. The VIP service they are referring to below was an engagement ring I bought for my ex-fiance fifteen years ago. I did bring my displeasure to the owner after getting multiple opinions on the shotty quality of the diamond and they offered me consignment but said it would bring a fraction of the cost that was paid.

The shop owner did owe me $800 for some work performed years earlier that we agreed we would trade but after this incident I asked to be paid and would prefer not to purchase, she said she would pay me but only if I signed an NDA cause she didn't want this info coming...

I took my wedding set in to have it reset and a couple of items from my grandmother that I couldn't wear. Steph2 helped me design something that I WOULD wear - she listened and asked appropriate questions and helped me design a couple of things that I LOVEEEE and wear every day.

They do have an excellent selection of items in the store, but there's just something about being able to make something that's one-of-a-kind and suits your personality. That's exactly what I was able to do. Now my I've got a ring that I LOVE and wear every day, instead of a couple of rings sitting around not being honored properly.
