Jiin Tea — Restaurant in Fountain Valley

Ordered the Jiin milk tea that comes with the cream top (#1 on the menu). First thing that comes through is a good tea taste. This Jiin is great for those looking for more tea taste than flavored milk others serve. Cream not as heavy as Alley, good taste. They give you an ample amount of milk tea unlike some other boba places that basically sell you flavored ice cubes with a tiny amount of drink. So worth the ~$6 charged. Good ice cubes, too. Not tiny ones that water down the tea by the end. Flavour stays good until the end. Sipped and chatted for a few dozen minutes, tea was good all the time and didn't turn yucky. For me, solid top 4 choice that includes Ding Tea (more sugary), Gong Cha (strawberry!), Yifang (fruits) based on just the Jiin Milk Tea. Clean, bright store. Good for the quick Insta and stop after shopping...

A cute little shop that's across from Mile Square and FVH. I'd usually go to the Alley but surprised to see another boba place in the area and wanted to give it a try. Ordered the summer fruits tea and it was good. Wished that there was more fruits in the drink but for the price and what you're getting it was a good value nonetheless. I'll be coming back since the Alley has gotten more...

Nice and comfortable atmosphere. I ordered the green tea with kumquat. The jasmine was very fragrant, which I adore and the kumquat was a very refreshing mix.

One of the employee/owners even offered to make samples of different drinks to try. Appreciate the offer and service.
