I have frequented this location on and off for half a decade. I am leaving this review not just based on recent events but judging overall my entire time using this location.
I initially loved their offerings as it boasted a healthier menu than that of its competitors. Most of my years as a customer here where in the drive thru and I did go through a patch where it seemed like every salad I got from them was bad from tomatoes to lettuce. I used to be a chef and would at times park my car and go in and show them the bad food and they kindly replaced it with a fresh one.
When they introduced their taco trio, I started ordering that a lot more and actually going in and sitting down.
This location's lobby is typically almost empty all the time with a few mid day exceptions and even then no where near being crowded.
So I asked permission to bring in my computer and work at my table as I planned to order from them all day. They did and everything was fine until the 3rd day (and about $100 later) when the guy behind the counter just randomly came up to me and asked me to leave and that the plugs were for business use only. I wasn't told that up front. They should have let me know that before spending that much money over a 3 day period. I only used the plugs for my cell phone and computer and I had my own hot spot as this location doesn't offer wifi.
So apparently they don't mind taking your money even when you are a constant consistent customer. They just don't want to see your face. So this completely forfeits any redemption to this location. Even after all the bad food experiences I gave them a chance. I don't know what they want, but being a for-profit reasonable business isn't...
Read moreThe service was poorly expressed upon people struggling with mental illness, homelessness, and poverty. I'm a Legal Nurse Investigator providing an eye opening of business poor education on morals, ethical code, state of equality, and diversity.
Today the favoritism behavior and presumptuous suspicion from staff against my demeanor reflected that of categorized as homeless (unable to pay/unwanted guest) the outstanding lack of reprimanding from franchise or corporate chainstores regarding training & orientation to staff on:
Mental Health/Co-occurring Disorders Education Diversity and Culture Sensitivity Xenocentrism vs. Ethnocentrism and the Poor Disposition of Professionalism displayed to selected guests Inability to provide effort on Business Productivity and Ethics Unhealthy Food Preparation & Presentation and Disregard for Customer Safety and Preservation of Dignity Establishment Staff Covert Harassment against me without valuable evidence to convict upon societal judgment as a: homeless man as a so-called thief portrayed as an assailant due to having monotone face, no aggressive tone, look, presentation, or association subjected aggressor. Publicly Shaming Me upon arriving guests and current guests. Social Shaming and Antagonizing an individual diagnosed with Mental Illness is the same as a Bully Harassing A Disabled Child.
Basically showing favoritism to anyone that is not a tall male, with dark skin, quiet, and that payed for his meal and is not filled with gluttony and greed like her other unlawful guests that never paid a cent.
And their windows are infested with flies. Will not ever come here again unless I see training by NAMI,...
Read moreThis by far the worst Waba grill I’ve been to. I ordered a chicken/steak bowl with extra protein and I legit only got maybe an extra spoonful of extra chicken and steak (I paid $6 extra for). Now keep in mind I got to waba grill 4 times a week so I’m very familiar with portion sizes and the bowl options. My bowl looked like a normal chicken/ steak without no extra protein. When I brought the issue up to the gentleman working the front he was a little combative and seemed annoyed by me asking for what I paid for. He refused to be of any assistance. When you pay $20 for anything you definitely want to ensure you’re getting exactly what you paid for and not short changed. I shouldn’t have to bring this to their attention but then to disregard my concerns is even worse. Save...
