Tonight March 20th my husband and I always been a customer of this place - promoting this places all over bc we always loved it and is super close from our home, we even know the Owner super nice people. I guess couple of months ago they hired a “Manager” that’s been super rude all the time making this place look so bad with he’s work ethic, tonight he just went over our limits with he’s rudeness. We are hispanic and yes we do struggle sometimes with the English but not to the point that makes us unavailable to understand a respectful person. This ”Manager” was so disrespectful to my husband saying that he doesn’t have time to argue when my husband only wanted to understand what he was trying to say but with he’s attitude he couldn’t understand him at all. Husband went down to the place to know what was going on and wanted to talk to the owner bc he knows him, and the “Manager” started yelling that he doesn’t have time for him, yelling that he was busy and can’t deal with people that’s just doesn’t understand the same language and he told my husband to just leave or he will call cops. He actually did call the cops for no reason bc my husband wasn’t even yelling at him or anything he was just telling the “Manager” to be more respectful and be kind be kept saying that he just doesn’t have time for him.
Is crazy how such a good place turn into the worse CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, owner should start evaluating who they hire bc one person can ruin the business specially customer service (Something that is critical In the food industry) we are so disappointed on this place.
AND YES WE STILL WANT TO TALK...
Read moreWow!! I used to love dominos pizza growing up as a kid but as an adult I gave up on it and wondered what I ever liked about it.. places like dominoes, pizza hut, papa jons, all have become disappointments . I remembered liking them when I was young because i thought they tasted great but maybe they must have all made changes to the way they make their pizzas over time and now they all made getting pizza for dinner a blah choice. If you don't finish it right away and microwave it later the crust becomes like cardboard.. Little ceasers has been our occasional pizza because it's cheap. I had been wanting to give this place a try for awhile since I saw they're flyer. It's right off 85/87 not too far from my house fortunately. Wow!!! This place brought back childhood memories of what I thought must have been my childhood imagination!! I ordered what my dad used to get us when we were kids. Pepperoni, black olives, pineapple, sausage .. it was amazing. I love pizza again.. my kids all said the same thing ." where did you get this pizza dad?" This place blows every pizza place I've been too for the last probably 10 years out of the water.. we have tried everywhere in colorado springs and fountain at least once. For the price little ceasers has been easily forgotten..no lie.. if you used to love pizza but have become disappointed with the local offerings give this place a try. I finished what was left over from yesterday and microwaved it.surprise!! It didn't turn into cardboard.. still tasted awesome!!breadsticks were huge and soft too..this place...
Read moreAll the recent 1-star reviews echo the truth. Chris's managerial skills are severely lacking, and the quality of this establishment has plummeted in recent months. My longstanding loyalty as a customer has been shattered, and I've decided to never order pizza again. This experience stands as the epitome of the worst management and service I've ever encountered. It's disheartening to see this place falter so drastically.
Save both your time and hard-earned money by avoiding this establishment. Their conduct is truly shameful. If you peruse my other reviews, you'll gain insight into the extent of the disappointment my family and I faced. Their website and online ordering system are riddled with glitches, and unbelievably, they penalize customers for using it.
The range of superior alternatives in the vicinity offers hassle-free online ordering without the unnecessary drama. If you relish the idea of having your order unceremoniously canceled, being guilt-tripped over items you rightfully ordered, encountering geographic constraints despite placing an online order, overpaying, or missing items that never get refunded then by all means, this establishment fits the bill.
Should you encounter any issues, prepare yourself to be condescended to, treated as if you lack intelligence, and promptly dismissed by the manager who supposedly values your business. If you're in the market for an establishment that offers such an experience, then I wholeheartedly endorse this laughable excuse...
