First time in and came in just for coffee flights.. The greeting was off at first. I had to ask about the flights and was told it’s a seasonal menu. Ok no biggie. The employee was on his phone so no Hello Welcome in or Nothing. Which is fine I’m a big girl. My wife n I were gonna get two flights but settled on one as we were very unsure of the seasonal flavors. $20 a flight for four 8oz coffees. I ended up telling them it was our first time in as I was unsure how it worked. Paid and sat down. A few mins later the flight was ready. We sat chit chatting about which we didn’t expect to like or our personal favorites. A nice blonde haired lady walked in, the lights went on and the vibe suddenly changed. She was so positive and thankful to have our business. We talked about a Facebook post and how it drove me in. I could immediately tell she was the owner! I have my own small business so I can understand where she was coming from and I appreciate her interaction. As a small business it’s hard to thrive out here. Customer service is where you set the bar high. The younger generation doesn’t appreciate the business the same. The coffee was very tasty! Only recommendations I have is more of a variety in the menu. Offer a Carmel or vanilla latte for those plain people. It’s nice to have a classic drink option among the seasonal flavors. Wow! Talk about hidden gem in the Fountain community! I came through the drive thru today with my 10 year old son who is a hot chocolate snob. He was so impressed by the hot chocolate that he wishes we could come every day. I got a bucket of iced white mocha and it was magical to say the least! Also, the prices are super fair and probably cheaper than Starbucks and Dutch Bros, compared to the sizes! I didn't catch the name of the lady who was working the drive thru but she wasn't above and beyond. I forgot to order rhe hot chocolate at kids temp and she checked to see what temp I wanted it at. I also ordered a second hot chocolate to take home for my other child so she made that one slightly hotter so it would be perfect temp when I got home. Standout customer service is hard to find these days but I was beyond impressed! I highly recommend this...

Favorite coffee shop in CO! I’m from New England where coffee is drank more than water 😜 After living all across the country the last 5+ years it was made well aware that local, small town coffee shops are being taken over heavily from chain restaurants selling overpriced, overhyped, and down right trash coffees. When we moved to Fountain I was SO excited to find this little hidden gem café right down the road! The women working here are incredibly kind and pleasant to talk to. They remembered my coffee order, and are so nice to chit-chat with. I have never ever gotten a bad coffee here, they are always strong, delicious and made to absolute perfection!
