Taco Salsa 2 LLC — Restaurant in Fountain

I actually give zero stars on everything. We use to order from here all the time since it’s right around the corner. I will never order from them again. I don’t leave bad reviews this is actually the first one I’ve ever done but I added up what we had ordered and it was under $20 with tax it might have been about $21 when my husband went to pick the food up not was almost $30 !!!! How did it jump so high and it didn’t add up to the prices in the menu so I called and asked if they updated their menu on the prices and he said no, so I went over the prices of what we ordered and it still didn’t end up being as high. It came out to be exactly what I added up. So I tell him what we got isn’t worth $30 and he told me that if I can’t afford it maybe I shouldn’t order food. I took offense and told him they have horrible customer service and they hung up on me. I called back and told them it’s the principal and they should change the menu pricing online. He started cussing at me and I had to stop my husband from going over there. Honestly their food ain’t that great it’s just convenient. I had rolled tacos from there and I promise they were frozen ones they just heated up. Not authentic. With the poor customer service and prices and horrible food I will never eat there again or suggest that place to anyone. Treat people better, be more professional and change the prices on your menu so it doesn’t look like you guys are...

Found this place using Google maps while driving on I25. It may not look like much from outside but don't underestimate it! Very lucky find! This is the best Mexican food I have found in CO. I had the carne asada torta which comes with guacamole on it. It was fantastic. The carne asada was lean & flavorful. The guac was delicious. The bread was crispy but not burnt. My wife had a breakfast burrito with ham which was large & delicious with plenty of egg (not too much potatoe). The young lady at the counter was friendly & helpful. Grub Hub cancelled my order so I went to there location to see what was going on. I got there he told me they no longer used Grubhub which is fine. I asked him if he would make the order that I showed him on my phone and refused to make the order. It was not that late about 7:30 so he let me walk out the door. There was people waiting inside for food and a lady just walked out with food so I am not sure what happened. So I went to Albertacos a little further away. I think they need to work on customer service will not be back. I would have been fine if they just fulfilled the order J am not a hard guy to get along with.
