My very first experience was not a good one, especially after hearing such positive things. The store still had an hour 1/2 til closing. But, I was told I couldn't order no blended drinks due to thst they close soon and they already washed the blenders. The employee told me this way later when I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. And I had stood at their menu for like 10 mins , when she could have already told me this 9 mins ago. So then I had to go back and see what else I could order. So I wanted a frappuccino but again I couldn't get that because it's a drink that requires blending... ugh smh. So I settled for a tea. So tea was ok but not what I wanted. If their going to make this no blended drinks rule, they should post it near the menu so customer knows a head. But I feel all drinks should be available til closing. Maybe next time they will step up...

What I find really upsetting is the fact that I canât have dairy and they charge the same amount for a little bit of almond milk in an iced coffee as they do for a latte or drinks that are mostly milk. Thatâs unreasonable. Maybe 10 cents, but 60 is ridiculous. Then they donât have any simple syrup to sweeten iced drinks with so clearly they just like the idea of being a coffee shop without knowing the details of what it takes to provide a quality service. Only downside, they open at 7a M-F & 10a Saturdayâs. If you need coffee before that time Mcdonaldâs opens at 5a and Starbucks at 6a....
