KFC — Restaurant in Tuba City

Dining room was neglected. Trash bins full. Tables dirty. Food on floor in the dining room. Manager sitting on break chatting with other employees. 3 ppl working only. 1 at the front register. The 2nd one in drive thru. 3rd one cooking. Customers asked for tables to be cleaned. The cashier responded " I'm the only one working the register and sending out orders. So a couple of customers had to clean their own tables and the entire restaurant by asking for dish cloth as they waited for their orders. Meanwhile the other 3 employees sitting there at the dining room table watching customers clean tables while they openly talked about closing the doors during business hours because they are too lazy to help out to clean. Smh. Poor management obviously. Report this to corporate. This is sad. Its like this every visit. They need to be on top of it for a clean...

The Kentucky Fried Chicken in our town is a terrible place. It's dirty, the staff is unprofessional, and there's sand in the bathroom.

We went in with our Sand Hating Club and were immediately disappointed. The sand in the bathroom made one of our buddies have a small panic attack.

The staff was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about our experience. We won't be back. When we went to pay, the cashier was too busy chatting on her phone to even look at us, let alone give us our change.

We had to ask three times for napkins and silverware. The napkins where (of course) filled with sand.

The food was cold and gross. We all left feeling sick.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. There are plenty of other fried chicken places out there that are clean, well-run, and don't have sand in the bathroom. -Tom Hanks,...

Large restaurant. Only one cashier available. There seemed to be an ominous sense of quietness and awkwardness. They forgot to include parts of my order so I had to go back and get them. It wasn't that big of a deal but the workers did not seem to even care. While we were eating two workers were on their breaks. He were loudly talking about how much they hate working there, which made our dining experience a little off putting. I noticed that most if there customers were mostly utilizing the drive thru, which might explain why they missed some parts of my order (due to taking numerous orders at once) and the quietness. I suppose that means the drive thru service here is good (?). Overall, I think this place was OK. I got to eat some good...
