Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tuba City

The people at the front were rude and wouldn’t take our order. Finally we asked if we should just go over to McDonalds, and they said they are waiting for us to order. Even though they sat there at the registers ignoring us. The food was not great, the nacho fries tasted like they had been microwaved. The bathrooms are closed because they are too lazy to clean them. We saw the employees using them they are just not open to customers. The soda machine was closed at the front. It’s like the people here really actually don’t want business or customers. Taco Bell, you should probably send someone here to do a little managing or this place is going...

Usually a pretty decent place to get food. But today the ship has sunk. I ordered a chalupa box that comes with cinnamon. Due to being allergic to cinnamon, I asked to swap the twists out for nachos... they did not. I had to go back to this location to request a new box, due to the original being contaminated. Seems like they just took my box, opened it up, swapped out to nachos and gave the box back to me. The minute I opened up the "new" box, it immediately smelled like cinnamon. Wasted money because I couldn't even eat...

This was a nice stop. We ate in the lot which looked clean and felt safe. We tried the new Grilled Cheese Burrito, the Rolled Chicken Tacos and the Nacho Fries. We also had a standing favorite, the Crunchwrap Supreme. The new stuff was... meh. But it was fresh and hot, we just didn't get a "wow" with the flavors. The wrap was still great tasting. I gave this visit a four star because of the freshness, service, and cleanliness. These new food options don't effect the awesomeness of this particular restaurant. ...
