Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Domino's survives in BV by being the ONLY food location in town open after 8 pm. The customer service is seriously lacking as orders are cancelled without any communication from staff. The website often says the store is NOT open for carryout, but when trying to place an order for delivery (which the website accepts due to the store ACTUALLY being open), your order will be cancelled. You'll usually find out that it was due to a lack of delivery drivers only after calling the store yourself. The store in BV often closes an hour or more before posted hours and routinely runs out of ingredients. And tonight, they tried to deliver a pizza to me without several of the primary ingredients. Again, they failed to communicate this with me until I called the store myself after the delivery driver drove off without even approaching my door. Staff will inform you that they have other things to do rather than making sure your order was received, is accurate, and timely. I suppose the consolation in that was the sheepish, "my bad," they kept repeating after it was clear I was disappointed with the botched service attempt. I have tried to give the BV Domino's a chance as some of the staff are friendly and appear to take their jobs seriously. However, I imagine it's hard to maintain a motivated workforce when their tips are being taken by the owners when the staff fail to earn the store enough revenue. After repeated experiences such as those just described, I think I'm done with Domino's. The inconsistency and that garlic butter have left a bad taste...

Thank you to this dominoes for making my dad so happy on his birthday. I believe every thing happens for a reason I called my dad at the right time of day for him to tell me he ordered pizza From dominoes now mind you I live in Casper Wyoming and it’s my dad’s birthday and when I said to him did you them it was your birthday so they can put candles on your pizza I had an idea pop into my head to call them and ask them to write on the box so I did when they answer the phone they said they weren’t taking any orders at that time and I was like that’s OK I don’t need an order I just want a crazy favor so I asked them if they would write happy birthday dad I love you love your daughter and they asked me who it was for and what his address was it was so nice of them to honor my request and just a simple little thing that they did for me was everything to my dad so thank you I really appreciate it. So did my dad it was everything to him it really made his entire night amazing customer...

If I could rate this a 0 I would. Last night I placed an order to go online. I realized I forgot to put my unit number so I called and spoke with Cade immediately to let him know . Was told no worries we got that fixed. An hour later still no pizza. I call and spoke with Cade yet again and he told me my pizza was undeliverable due to missing my unit number I told him I called and you told me it was fixed. I preceeded to tell me I never called . I ask how long now is it going to take to get my pizza every time I order pizza here something is wrong . He said you no what I just going to cancel your order. I said why he said cause you yelling at me when I never did. I said I have children I need to feed he told me not my issue. My husband then went over to see where our pizzas were, he was told to leave or they are calling the police. No pizzas were made when he got there. I WILL NOT BE GETTING PIZZA HERE AGAIN!!!
