Sense moving a little bit rural dominoes doesn't deliver to me but we wanted to have a couple of our favorites. I ordered and with my surprise they were made in less than half the time that was quoted so when I got there they were in the hot box waiting for me. First impression of the store was that they were closed and out of business because it was dark outside They had their sun shades pulled no open sign in their building sign does not light up. Surprisingly when I opened the door they were open but I was not greeted by anyone of the multiple workers on site. I mentioned to one that their store looks closed and she said oh well whatever.,. Some other guy came over and tried to fumble with the open sign and was clearly confused what an on-off pull chain switch was and laughed about it. Anyways got the pizza's home and both of them were so blah and horrible tasting that we threw out the leftovers which is why I always buy larges in the first place. The supreme pepperoni one had very few pieces of pepperoni on it and definitely not the extra cheese I paid for. The other one is a special concoction and was missing to the ingredients I paid for in addition to the extra extra cheese I paid for. They were definitely not of the Domino's quality I've had through the years and we were very disappointed. Seems like there is a lack of management problem at this location and it is definitely hurting...
Read moreThe reason for the bad review has absolutely nothing to do with the food. The food is always great at this location and I commend the staff for the awesome job they do and what they have to deal with while working. Which brings me to the issue I have, quality of life, at least for the employees at this particular location anyway and the customers who choose to pick up their order there. I'm fairly certain the heat was on in the business when I entered because it closely matched the outside temperature at around 5:00 pm today. The air in there is like that every time I go in there, this leads me to believe either the air conditioning isn't working properly or the owner(s) are too stingy with money they make from the consumer to provide a safe working environment for their staff. In either scenario, this practice is unforgivable and should be dealt with immediately before they lose an employee or customer to heat stroke. I can see the headlines in the local paper now, "Heat related death at dominos pizza in Anthem Az., wrongful death suit cost owner...
Read moreWe have been loyal customers for more than 10 years. It's been far and few between that there was a problem with an order. That being said, we recently place an order, once home noticed the pizza had little to no sauce, bairly enough cheese to cover the dough and the dough did not rise. Called and without hesitation they offered to remake the pizza. When I picked it up, took a quick look and it appeared to be done as we expected. Unfortunately, when I got home, it was done exactly the same as the first one. Called again, the "manager " Kyle quickly told me he had made the pizza himself, and it was perfect to his standard!! He also said he wasn't going to remake the pizza and didn't care that we weren't happy with the pizza. He laughed and said that clearly nothing was going to make us happy. Really?? Over 10 years of patronage and never have we experienced such a disappointment with this location. One good experience, you might tell one or two people. One bad experience you'll let anyone who will listen know. Are...
