McDonald's — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Not sure what is going on with this place. Judging from the reviews its either absent distracted owners, terrible management, or both. One of the things McDonalds prides itself on is consistency. I have not been to every McDonalds but I've been to hundreds all over the US. The vast majority are fine with both the service and the food being the same. I've never had one straight up tell me "We don't have any of those" (In this case sausage burritos) I could maybe understand a "we don't have any" in the middle of a big rush. However when there is no one in front of me and no one behind me "we don't have any" isn't acceptable. Does this location not have a kitchen? If anything at other locations I've been told "It'll be a few minutes please pull ahead to spot 1" or something similar. Not here. "We don't have any" to me means "Not interested in the money." Which for a business is no bueno. I've been here a couple of times and have left empty handed every time. For what it's worth the person on the intercom was polite both times. I'll try one more time but have a feeling it'll be the same story. Fortunately there is another McDonalds that actually knows how to operate not far from this one.

Based on NO response from anyone regarding all the negative reviews it seems like the people running the place don't care.

Update Was in the area and decided to give it another shot. As I pulled up I said "I have a feeling I'm going to be disappointed." Get to the speaker "We can only take cash." .................................... Ok no problem. I make my order. Then proceed to sit for several minutes. Multiple cars in front of me give up and drive off... So do I. 3 strikes you're out. McDonalds has got to be one of the best franchises to "make it" they have everything down to a science. It's a turn key money making machine. The people who own this one need to have it taken away. They are giving the company a bad name and pissing off dozens if not hundreds of...

I've been going to this McDonald's for over 15 years. I don't ever leave reviews for places, especially never a 1 star review.

I can overlook the constant horrible service. The LAST STRAW was while waiting in line a manager right in front of me WIPED her BARE HAND on the back of her SWEATY NECK ROLL with her HAIR 🤢 then started TOUCHING people's FOOD, SCOOPING FRIES WITHOUT WASHING HER HAND! My husband and I walked out disgusted. THIS WAS ON 12/14/22. Not to mention the half made milkshakes sitting under the broken machine, with the machine nozzle submerged in the cup with dripping Rags hanging off of it. Every stainless steel appliance in there was filthy with oil, dirt, hair, and dried up icecream. And they were restocking this filthy place.

Anyways, In my 15 years going here ive never felt the need to leave a review.. even though the staff are often rude (the ones that were cool didn't work there long). The order is always wrong I check it every time and without fail it is missing entire items, or they put ketchup on the burger even though the ticket order, and receipt both say no ketchup and there's a sticker on the wrapper that says 'quality checked'. So you're telling me it went through 2 to 3 people and you still make it wrong every week. They are constantly out of menu items, but also constantly closed for inventory/restocking. Supposedly Sunday at 8pm. Last week it was 6pm on a Friday. The only reason this McDonald's is still in business is because of the fact that there is no other fast food around here except for Jack In The Box. If they opened a taco bell at one of these exits, between Taco bell, subway, and JITB, this McDonald's would be over. I won't eat here until the large white lady with the black hair and face tattoos isn't there anymore. I'll drive 20 extra minutes if I really want McDs so that my food doesn't have sweat from...

This was the most pathetic McDonald's drive-thru ever I am still in the car it has been 30 3 minutes and now was just asked to pull to the front and wait even longer I ordered two double quarter pounder with cheese meals six hot and spices and three Happy meals this is not a hard order to make when I got my food back there was no drinks there was only two hot and spicy there was only regular quarter pounders with cheese and not doubles that I paid for they really do not know how to run their shift here this is the most that I have ever had to wait on fast food especially from the McDonald's corporation still waiting and now it is 40 minutes later there is no reason that this should have happened both my wife and I run companies and this is absolutely pathetic the only reasoning I was giving is because their truck came in that is no excuse for a paying customer that has been paid for 40 minutes ago and still waiting the manager did try and calm it down but I honestly think that this tiny little store is even far beyond her head an extremely...
