The baked spaghetti at Rimrock Patio is simply heavenly. Each bite is a delightful fusion of perfectly cooked pasta, rich marinara sauce, and an exquisite blend of cheeses that creates a symphony of flavors. The combination is nothing short of perfection, leaving your taste buds in a state of pure bliss.
Equally remarkable is their barbecue sandwich, which is a true testament to the art of slow-cooked meats. Read moreTried to reach out by email first in order to get the owners feedback and did not receive a response so here we go.
Reading the many great reviews for this spot I thought surely the food would be at least half decent. I was very surprised to receive a pizza with so little cheese and tomato sauce that I thought for sure there had to be a mistake. I’m sure the owner will comment below something along the lines of how each restaurant has different ways of making the items on their menu. Believe me, this is not one of those cases. There is a fine line between pizza and baked bread. This was not pizza. We are talking less than a spoonful of tomato sauce and less than a handful of cheese. Please understand that I am not trying to be rude or exaggerating when I say this may have been the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Like I said, I would assume this was a mistake, but we received no response from the restaurant whatsoever. This suggests bad management of the establishment. Judging by the snarky comments left by management to the reviews here I would say that assumption may be correct.
Another thing, and admittedly possibly the main reason for the one star rating. To put a mandatory %18 tip on a takeaway order without any previous communication is criminal. No mention on the menu or website of this being the case. Don’t get me wrong, I fully understand the importance of tipping. I even understand the potential need for a mandatory tip but THIS MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. As a consumer, I have the right to know what mandatory fees are incurred with the product I am purchasing.

Read moreCool place with a decent vibe and great views. The employees that I dealt with were also nice. But I'm afraid that's where this review starts to turn. We purchased two large pizzas (over $50) for takeout and I have to say that it is some of the worst pizza I've ever had. The toppings were sparse, and there was hardly any sauce at all. My pizza was supposed to have barbecue sauce and ranch and I could barely taste the barbecue sauce but could absolutely not taste the ranch. My wife's pizza was supposed to have a pesto sauce and neither of us could taste it at all. The crust was also very thick and doughy, which is especially bad when there's no sauce. Judging from some of the other reviews I'm wondering if this place is under new ownership, or maybe the person that made our pizzas was very new and did not know what they were doing. As well, our pizza did not look anything like some of the pizzas in the pictures I saw in other reviews. If we hadn't been so tired from hiking all day, we would have taken the pizzas back and politely asked to have them remade properly. I'm just going to assume something was very wrong, but you may want to proceed...
