I quite frankly had the most frustrating, disappointing, painful fast food experienced in my 44 years of existence. It started by waiting in the drive-thru behind at least 5 or 6 cars which not a big deal, this whole chicken sandwich craze has taken over, I'll wait my turn and all. It wasn't until I got to the window to order, 15 minutes after I started my wait, did I find out that they weren't taking cards through the drive-thru but could inside which not sure why they couldn't just use the machine at the counter, have another back-up machine or why they couldn't notify people before waiting in the line but again, I'll bite my lip and take my daughter inside in her pajamas because I hadn't planned on going in. So I ordered which was fine and the girl taking my order was perfectly nice and helpful but this is where the second part of my frustrating visit started. After looking at my receipt to see when I ordered, I waited 25 MINUTES FOR 1 COMBO AND KIDS MEAL. "There was probably a lot of people ahead of me" you might think but that's not why it took that long. I watch my ticket being worked and at least 4 times during my wait I watch the "workers" stop, talk to their co-workers and work on orders past mine (which I know because the got people behind me got their orders before me) even though I could see everything I needed for my order was readily available to serve me. The manager who worked my order which I assume was the manager because she was the only one in a button up literally couldn't move any slower even though the line was out the door at that point. I'm not joking, took her 10 minutes to put three things in my bag which again, was readily available 2 foot from her face. I then asked her for a drink carrier which she then went to the back of the store, to the drive thru just to come back to the front counter in which time she reached down and gave me the carrier that was directly below the counter she was at. I then took my phone, navigated myself and daughter through the 20-30 customers waiting in line which was understandable considering how the restaurant is being managed. I've never reviewed a fast food restaurant in my life but the frustration I felt after my visit I felt it was necessary for my own sanity to express my feeling rather than throw a chair through the front door. Okay, thanks for...
Read moreFirst, I was served by an employee who appeared to be the manager's assistant and didn't have a name tag on so I could identify her. She gave me my order completely incorrectly and with a very rude and unpleasant attitude (in fact, she was already arguing with another customer while I was waiting to be served because I gave her the wrong order and wouldn't fix it or refund her money).
I ordered 8 classic chicken tenders and 4 pieces of fried chicken (1 thigh and 3 legs) a la carte.
I asked her in Spanish, and she told me she didn't understand what chicken feet were, and I also told her in English, and she continued to act very rudely.
When she gave me the wrong order (just fried chicken and no chicken tenders), I complained that the order was incorrect and that she should please change it. That's when I started to get upset because she still didn't quite understand what I was saying (she's Hispanic and also speaks English). The man who appeared to be the manager arrived (he still didn't want to give me his name or employee ID, nor was he wearing a name tag) and kicked me out of the store. He wouldn't replace my order or refund my money.
I've been to this store before, and they've never treated me poorly.
And the worst part is that this man decided to side with the employee even though she had been treating me and another customer poorly before me. He didn't even listen to my complaint.
I must also admit that I was angry about what was happening.
COMMENT: There was no language barrier since both employees are bilingual (I communicated with them in English and Spanish), It's just about rude people with a very bad attitude.
This situation happened today (Sep / 28 / 2025 around 1:30 am).
And regarding the receipt, unfortunately, when I got home and my wife took the chicken out of the bag and the boxes, she accidentally threw the receipt along with the other packing elements in the dumpster.
But I can provide you with an extract of the bank statement where you can see that I did make the purchase. I will need your contact information/email in...
Read moreRead moreDrive thru is sometimes really slow, but they usually get the order right. Bigness are made to order, expect to wait, but they're sooo good fresh. Best if eaten immediately. We toss our in extra powdered sugar when we get home. :¤} Towards late evening, though, they say they don't have any more. Had to drive to the next location, 10 minutes away. Their fried chicken sandwich is the bomb, my son n I get cravings for it. It's the perfect breading : light n crunch with just the right amount of grease. Best chip sand in all the fast food chains. It's an actual beast, not one of those flat-processed-chicken-parts-squoosed-into-a-pancake, and I quote ::air quoting:: "chicken" sandwiches. The spicy is just enough spice- it's hot, but usually they don't slather it on into a mess, usually it's just enough. If you don't eat spicy,, get the original chicken sand, it just has mayo n no spicy sauce.. The bun is a deliciously soft brioche, it's so good.. I think I'm going to have to go for lunch,, now.. I want one!!! Their 'beans n rice' has a super smokey flavor, some might not be into it, but we like them. Love their biscuits, if u like biscuits. But that's all I've had there. If Their nuggets are battered the same way as their sandwiches, I bet they're amazing. Will have to try eventually. Oh, Their sweet tea is awesome, not syrupy sweet like in the south, though. I don't need that much sugar in my tea,...
