Pretty disappointed with this location. I’ve gone a couple times this week as I’m here on vacation with my family. The first time I went inside to pick up my mobile order. There was no greeting, no one made eye contact, no one smiled. My 4 drinks were scattered on the mobile handoff. I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me so I could ask for a tray. That took a while. Then I had to wait again when I realized I wasn’t given a boba straw, that again took a while. One cup had “yay” written on it but none of the others, isn’t that supposed to be a thing? The second time I went, I came through the drive thru. You would think it would move pretty fast with how much space is between the speaker box and window but you’d be wrong. I was told to hold on.. with one car at the window and like 5 car lengths between us. After a few minutes and a long line behind me I was able to say I was there for a mobile pickup. When I got to the window, they did have my order ready but there was zero friendliness. My drinks were just okay and the drink I ordered with the boba didn’t have the right lid or straw with it. Read moreGenuinely some of the worst service and communication I’ve seen of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. What the baristas here made in initial genuine kindness crumbled over the 30 minutes I spent inside the location waiting for my order.
Put in at 2:12p with little to no traffic inside the location turned into not receiving any information of the status of my order until I eventually walked up to the counter to check. A bag where my name had been labeled for the sandwich I ordered simply said “All out =(“, and never once was this communicated.
My drink took the better part of 20 minutes, but in the end I received the drink that was correctly brewed, and a different sandwich that I had to ask for manually.
As a contractor who visits restaurant locations often during my week, I’m appalled at the poor service here. Can’t see myself doing business with this Starbucks...

I’ve ordered an iced cherry chai with almond milk and non-dairy cold foam nearly 30 times from multiple Starbucks locations—always the same, always around $6. Today, at this location, I was told the same drink would be nearly $9 because of “special ingredients.” When I asked why, the manager, Paris, told me it was because the drink was “custom” and needed to be “built in the system for inventory purposes.”
Let’s be clear—replacing dairy with non-dairy milk and foam (which are already on the menu) is not some exotic customization. It’s 2025. People have allergies. Starbucks, of all places, should not be upcharging nearly 50% for a basic substitution, especially when every other store has no issue with it.
