The woman taking orders at the drive thru seemed annoyed at us for asking questions about what comes with a chicken strip combo. She was very short with us and seemed like she was trying to rush us. We ordered 3 things. I was very polite speaking up to order a blizzard last to go with our meal and side and said please and thank you. The "cotton candy" blizzard went out the drive thru window first and was soupy and dripping down the side of the cup with brownie pieces all over the outside(bottom) of the cup and a napkin covering it. I have had a cotton candy blizzard before this & even looked up pictures online to verify it after. What I got was not cotton candy and made my stomach turn after eating it. I assumed they messed up and gave me a bubblegum blizzard but I can't find anything online about DQ serving bubblegum blizzards. There were no cotton candy blue and pink candy pieces in it & the whole thing was pink with some weird cone dip type stuff in it. I have no idea what they gave me but it wasn't what I ordered! I feel like they didn't like us asking a few questions at the drive thru and purposely gave me that BS excuse for a "cotton candy" blizzard. Highly disappointed. Tell your staff to treat customers nicer. No idea what her name was. This place is way too expensive to be so rude and messing up orders intentionally. $21 & some change...
   Read moreEach time Iâve gone through the drive thru these past few times in summer 2020, I always arrive at the window to be given soupy melted blizzards and cones after patiently waiting 10-15 mins in line. What disgusted me more, is that last visit the kid at the window who handed me my cones used gloves without changing that he was also using to play with his personal cell phone in my view! This is disgusting and the melted ice cream just made me throw away it all and Iâm no longer going to come to the Foxboro, MA location. Perhaps another Dairy Queen can restore my trust in a brand I used to like and enjoy. This location will be lucky it they donât get reported to the MA Board of Health and be shut down for a lack of health precautions especially now with COVID-19. Anyone seeing through the interior of the restaurant will know there is absolutely no social distancing happening nor the proper use of face masks. If your going to ask customers to wear their masks while in their cars at the drive thru window, than your staff needs to set the example! We were the only ones in the drive thru but despite this, once we were at the window our blizzards sat out for at least full minute on the counter while the employees socialized. When we were finally served our blizzards, they weren't even what we ordered. We both ordered the oreo hot cocoa blizzard but instead of having chocolate flavored ice cream it was all vanilla.
