This is one of the worst DD in MA. Coffee is watered down 90% of the time. I drink DD daily 2-3 XL per day and this is the one of the only DD that messes my coffee up daily even when I place the order online. And then they give you attitude when you explain nicely your coffeee is wrong. Today I was told that maybe I should try a new Dunkin' Donuts that was their customer service. I placed an order online to be sure I had no issues and my order was STILL wrong, they didn't put any seeetener in it. I handed it back to her and said "there is no sweetener in this, I placed the order online hoping it would be correct" and the girl looked at me with an attitude and said "I know how to read" and walked away and when she came back I said "I wasn't insinuating that you couldn't read or that you personally didn't make my coffee right but it's supposed to have sweetener in it and it doesn't" and she said "well I really don't need your attitude" and then I told her "it's just irritating when my coffee is constantly wrong when all it is is cream and two Splenda" and I was told "maybe you should go to a different DD." So basically this is the customer service you get when you go in there. I spend $10 a day in their store, they are right around the corner from my house but because they can't make my coffee right I should have to drive 7 miles down the road to the next Dunkin' Donuts because they can't get it together and pay attention to simply orders or brew their coffee correctly. I have owned many businesses in my life and customer service and satisfaction was always my #1 prioriity! Not the case here! Way to go Dunkin' Donuts Foxborough!! Read moreTwice now I've been there late night and new person to this location/shift has made my coffees with no flavor, I don't know if it's because she doesn't like the job or lack of training but I feel like she's either watering it down or running coffee through machine twice...idk what gives but I've tipped her as well, before finding out coffee was completely off. I confirmed this from other people that I got a coffee for while on break at work, they said it was disgusting and they no longer want coffee from that location. She also handed me order and turned to face away from me while I'm trying to grab my stuff and says nothing, no customer service skill whatsoever, yet I still tried to be nice n thank her. The person I spoke with on the phone was very kind and understanding, which I appreciated.
However, when I arrived at the store, I was helped by a different employee named Marissa, and the interaction was extremely unpleasant. When I politely explained the situation, she immediately responded with, “Well, we didn’t serve it like that,” in a rude and dismissive tone. She remade the drink, but when handing it to me, she sarcastically said, “This is the same way as the last one, so you better be careful and not drop it.”
