Anastasia’s Pizza, Oven And Grill — Restaurant in Framingham

This is usually my go-to place for salads when I'm at work. On Monday, I ordered a Cobb salad and none of the ingredients were chopped-I got whole leaf lettuce(and other mixed veggies), 4 huge chunks of chicken, green peppers and onions. It looked like whoever packed it just threw stuff in the bowl and I called them and whoever picked up the phone insisted that he has worked there for 10 years and they have always served their salad not chopped up. I reminded that this isn't my 1st time ordering their Cobb salad and the eggs have always been quartered and other ingredients nicely chopped. Then he proceeded to let me know that I took too long to pick up my order.

No I'm wondering if it was neatly packed up at first, then emptied and repackaged after half an hour? Not one time did he acknowledge my grievance.

Didn't really want to give a one-star review just for the simple fact that this is my first time ordering from this establishment I was at the Marriott in Framingham and I seen the menu at the front desk after reading the reviews I figured it would be a good place to order from so I ordered the boss steak and cheese and specifically asked for no mushrooms which I did receive then I ordered spicy fries for the side which were really just lightly seasoned curly fries no spice at all also the steak and cheese was completely saturated in Grease with the bread soggy like it was totally submerged in grease ... i was not impressed at all ... I am allergic to mushrooms 🍄... I wasted my money n went to bed hungry ... perhaps I should of ordered something different... there are not many options in this area ... but still ... the grease was leaking rite thru the bag ... the fries were soggy as...

Totally disappointed! I placed a pretty basic order online $46.00 and pre tipped the sale only to wait more than an hour for it to arrive Ice cold , 20 mins beyond quoted time and missing the pizza. The driver had no clue and when I called the person at the store Stated “ yeah we forgot to make it” like it was no big deal, “ you still want it” I expressed my dismay and suggested maybe he bump the pizza up from a small to large for my inconvenience , a 3.00 difference. Well I guess that was a NO as my pizza finally arrived and was so SALTY my son could not even eat it. I normally order from Anastasia but I think this is my last time.
