Dunkin' — Restaurant in Framingham

First time I came here was in the evening and the place was great , quite , clean , good service , good atmosphere , then I came in the morning for coffee and I thought I was in a total different place ! In the morning it's a place for homeless to use the bathroom get warmed up and wake up , on this day more homeless coming in to use bathroom than customers coming to buy coffee ? Several tables and chairs taken by homeless who were not customers ? The bathrooms and the tables and chairs should be for paying customers not freeloaders hanging around to get warm and use the bathrooms , hope that changes it ruins the morning atmosphere and turns customers away ....here is what you can expect, everyday one or two dopped out homeless people sleeping on tables that should be for paying customers ....more and more homeless sleeping on tables in the morning ,this is bad for business and drives customers away , policy should be that if your not a customer you don't get to stay for free and take up...

This is one of the worst Dunkins in Framingham, I dont know why i even continue to go there, they need more drive thru ones in the area. There is only 2 employees that know what they are doing there and have been there for years but the other ones they have dont know what they are doing, they couldnt even get our order right 2 times in the drive thru today and even when we left they still had messed up 2 items, wasnt worth going back. Usually you get an attitude when you bring their mistakes to their attention and ask for a fix, I have even had a girl that thought she could talk about about me in spanish because I told her she made my coffee wrong not realizing that I understand and speak spanish myself and called her out on it and her face dropped in shock. I go there all of the time and usually the service is good but today was different. This lady took my order and I specifically asked for a frozen hot chocolate. When she handed it to me it was clearly a frozen coffee - no big deal, mistakes happen so I politely informed her that it was wrong. She proceeds to get angry with me and claims I was the one who was wrong and said frozen coffee. Then she says rudely "I'll make it again but you definately said frozen coffee". I said thank you but I didn't say frozen coffee, I said frozen hot chocolate. She then basically slid it across the counter and said "here ya go".
