I try to base my fast food reviews on multiple occasions. And 1 star for this place is to high. There needs to be some serious employee training. Bad attitude of the employees is like a requirement to be hired. First time they got my 2 drinks wrong. They took it back and remade my drinks and left it on the other side of the store and said nothing. I walked over and asked if it was mine and they responded “well yeah”. The next time I ordered at the drive through. they said they couldn’t hear me well. And I spoke up. They confirmed my order and then proceeded to give 1 completely different drink. I went inside and told them. The ripped the drink from my hand and said I told you I couldn’t hear you. I told them sorry but you confirmed correctly. And he stormed off. And then did it again where he remade it and didn’t say anything. This time I knew it was mine. The third time we were at the drive through and they just weren’t answering. All the kids were just sitting around refusing to answer the drive through. Other people were also leaving. I will say there was a 4th and 5th it was an older black lady. And she was actually sweat and nice. Didn’t have a problem with her. But everyone else literally is paid to do nothing. Management needs to take an interest. With better employees I know it would be more income for them with more return customers. Starbucks maybe a bit farther away but I’d rather pay extra to deal with pleasant people that save a few bucks...

You’re employees here cannot handle the pressure of Drive Thru clients. It takes them at least 3 minutes to successfully finalize an order. I’ve been attending this location for TWO MONTHS and only 3 times has our order been prepared successfully.
Bagels when asked for them toasted are RAW/untoasted, almost as if it is intentional. In the past week this has happened 5 times out of the 7 days we have been here.
Coffees with splenda have sugar, which unfortunately is not right. Coffees when stated no sugar are full of sugar and hot coffees have been served BURNT!
