Braza Pizzeria & Wings — Restaurant in Southborough

Edit: Based off owner's quick and thoughtful response and educating me on the difference between famous wings and jumbo wings (though we must've received the famous wings incorrectly on the first order, but I loved them), adjusting my score and going to definitely give them another try. Hope you offer Jumbo Wings in Tuscan soon - that is the only reason I went with the Famous ones, but looking forward to trying them again soon and hopefully upping this to a 5 again.

I've had food from Braza twice. First time, pizza was decent, but their Famous Wings appetizer was amazing, especially Tuscan and Buffalo. They were buffalo style, unbreaded, and super crispy, which is my favorite kind. I loved them so much, I ordered them again two days later.. except they were not at all how they were the first go around.

Second time, the wings were heavily breaded, which really ruins the entire thing for me. I understand some like it, but it's just not how I prefer mine, and I ordered again under the impression it would be the same as the first time. Tuscan arrived breaded, but crispy and flavor was on point, but the Buffalo wing was so breaded it was not crispy at all and had that takeout box effect.

Was super disappointed second go around, because I really thought I found my new go-to wing spot. Gotta be consistent and train everyone on it. Or at least online ordering/doordash, make it so we can put special instructions or give them option to do breaded versus naked.

Could've been an isolated occurrence, so I am willing to give them another try. Understand they're new, so it's an easy flaw, but definitely something to get right. Would have been 5 star if consistent, but lowering to 3 based off my most recent order. Will update if I decide to give them...

If I could rate this place less than 1 star, I would but that isn't an option.

Extremely rude staff tonight (one guy that was by himself), and will take money and charge you, then claim that they never charged you, AND they won't give you the item you ordered. The man working the counter was rude, yelled at me in front of other customers. Stopped to make another order right after taking cash from other customers without washing his hands. Started touching pizza dough, touching all the ingredients and toppings not thinking of cross contamination or the fact that money is dirty. I wouldn't suggest eating at this place after knowing that there isn't any health concerns when it comes to the food at this place. There are much better pizzeria's around like Anastasia's in Framingham, Liberty's Pizza in Natick, the list goes on. Just choose where to spend your...

I have been here only 3 times I believe the prices to be reasonable the pizza is very good it doesn't mean your stomach like a piece of lead The bread dough is very light I enjoyed it very much I also got the chicken wings the first time around I got it with barbecue sauce I couldn't wait to eat it I was driving down 495 as I was eating these wings they were so good The second time around I got them playing they were just as good The next time I go to that area I'm going to try that tenders but all in all I gave him four stars not to be offensive but every time I go in there there's only one guy working but I like the place a lot and I'll go back...
