I've been coming here my entire life - mainly for the pizza. I have to echo what some others have written. The pizza has become inconsistent. I've been disappointed on days when I have ordered 6 pieces and every one of them was dry (almost no sauce) with very little cheese - it was like salted bread. Someone needs to tell the new person making the pizza about consistency and not skimping. It makes a HUGE difference. You have a reputation to protect. I would have given an enthusiastic 5 stars had this drop off in quality not arisen over the past couple of years. I've updated this and reduced it by another star (from 3 to 2). They are always out of pizza. The place is open to 5:30 and I have repeatedly come by around 2:00 only to see a sign saying "No More Pizza". WHY? They serve it cold and they sell the stuff frozen, meaning left overs can go in the freezer for the following day or sale as frozen whenever. So, why not produce enough to last through out the day so you don't continually disappoint and discourage your customers?! People, like me, are tired of taking the time to drive all the way over there for something only to find out - REPEATEDLY - that they don't have it - in the middle of the day! This new generation of owners/operators has A...
Read moreIn this day and age when bakeries are ubiquitous as coffee shops, this place differentiates itself by not trying to impress anyone. It's a paragon of mediocrity If white bread made with commercial yeast is what you are after then make the trip. Pizza is refrigerated but there's a microwave if you want to "heat" it up. Upon entering, you'll be shocked when you walk through what appears to be the stock room in a basement of an old home. There's no attempt to present themselves in a way that any self respecting shop owner would. They want you to see how shoestring this operation really is. Lazy lazy lazy! The notion that food nourishes your body and soul is...
Read moreMy roommate who’s from Framingham had her mom overnight ship pizza and cookies to our house (Sacramento, California). The pizza was unlike anything I’ve ever tried. When I went to go heat it up, she said that it’s meant to be eaten cold??? What??? But then I tried it. First couple of bites, it was hard to wrap my head around a pizza that was so fluffy but after I was done with the slice, I wanted more! I unlocked a new food craving! And the chocolate chip COOKIES!!! Omg the best thing I’ve ever had, they fall apart in your hand they’re so soft and thin! They have a perfect salty sweet balance and I’m just obsessed! Thank...
