It is what it is. Obviously can't go in there expecting a five star experience, that's just not this type of place. Nor does it cross into four star, or even three star level dining. However, judge solely within the parameters of 2 star qualifications, then this is a big fish in a pond filled with other big fish... nothing special but your not disappointed. if you're wallet is looking a little thin but you and your friends are still craving a sampling of made-to-order bar food to help sop up the alcohol from prior night's shenanigans that undoubtedly continues sloshing back n forth' against your quivering stomach wall, then this metaphorical hand at least fits in the glove you got. there is something for everyone here, burgers, pasta, steak, chicken, sandwiches, fish, all with ONE side of your choice (not two sides, a little disappointing, I'd rather have two smaller sides than one big portioned side). Appetizers include the expected basics, fries, mozzarella sticks, wings, etc., Only big enough for two people at most (some not even), so get a few. Typically this restaurant will offer some type of deal, buy two get one, or a flat special rate for two apps, two entrees and desert. Offers change so don't quote me on those, they might even vary store to store. more obscure plates, l such as deep fried cauliflower with sauce, or like buffalo spring rolls, fried string beans, (check menu on their official website it does change often) while this place is an excellent place to nurse a hangover or to mow cheap appetizers after consuming more than a few adult beverages, this is really not the best place to spend a night drinking. Bar might have cheap drafts and pitchers, if that's your thing, the mixed drinks are definitely mixed by someone who really just doesnt car. Hell, it's a 2 star restaurant, people don't come here fully dripped with pockets full of cash, so let's face it the help probably don't do so well in the tipping deparment. This usually means service doesn't exactly aim to please and the customer def isn't NOT always right. These employees are making less min wage than a Walmart greeter. Poverty doesnt only breed crime, in the restaurant setting it creates a resentful and spiteful group of people who will mistakenly focus their anger 9ut on the unknowing customer. I gave it 2 Stars though it really should be one and a half because of the diner type servers. Our tacky waitress showed up with an arm full of food and handed my mother her plate across the table waiting for her to reach up and take it. Then she brought my chicken parmesan with spaghetti and held it up waiting for me to grab the hot plate and I almost burned myself. After dropping the food we never saw her again until the end of the meal, she didn't even offer grated Parmesan cheese for the pasta. I kept looking around but she was nowhere to be found. She never came back to ask how everything was until almost the very end of the meal. My parents eat there often and said they had the same waitress last time they were in and she told them she was getting a new job at some fancy restaurant well not even two weeks later she was back slinging hash again at the 99. I guess that didn't work out. Lol While I was waiting for her to come with some Parmesan cheese I said "do you think she's Moonlighting at the other place?" LOL The food is fairly good and reasonably priced but don't expect anything Gourmet by any means. Portions are big and the hostess at the front is always very friendly but table service is definitely lacking and I should know I've spent enough time working in restaurants doing everything from busboy, bartender, server and maitre d'. All in all if you're really hungry and just need some quick vittles you'll leave with...

Oh my god!! My fiance and i decide to be dork by go out eat to celebrate our a month engaged. We got seat as soon as we get in which was nice but we left there with angry and disappointed.

We ordered drink and meals. Waiter forgot bring our drink until after bring our meal. Yes i remind her twice and she keep say oh yeah i will bring in two minutes and not do that.

Guy brought our meals on our table and we saw fly was on my meal, he saw and wave his hand to get fly get out of my meal then L-E-A-V-E! i called him and told him to toss and replace it. He told us that fly not hurt us so we can just eat. We waited for waiter come. We explain her about that. She take it back and return again but same meal beside replace food at top of it.... really?? Im not that stupid because i added sour cream on it from side cup and it was on same position. She replace it and they not check on us for long time enough. We need refill our drink so we decide to leave.

Waiter COST me for one that fly was on!! My fiance argue that it supposed free since we dudnt eat or see fly.... my fiance paid for the one that was toss away.....
