KFC — Restaurant in Frankenlust Township

I am a door dasher in this area and have had multiple orders from KFC but never this one. I had two separate orders and very simple orders. They tell me there's at least a 15 min wait which makes no sense since they had zero customers but whatever. I wait the cashier gives me the orders with the wrong drinks so I ask her to give me the correct and she gave me a horrible attitude saying on their side it was correct so I showed her my app. Two gentleman came in right before I left and ended up walking out because they literally couldn't do 18 PCs of chicken on a Monday at 630 pm?? No chicken. ??? I told the cashier they are gonna lose even more service with her attitude and walked out. I am disgusted with this place. The one on Euclid and Center are amazing!!! Every time I have went through drive thru they are out of something or not able to serve anything out of the fryer or they simply just don't answer the speaker. Every single worker in there last night was horrible. I have worked management at BK and Rally's and this is not how you run a business. Go to Center or Euclid and save your money for people that deserve it. I will never run a delivery from this place...

I went to the Taco Bell portion and I went through the drive-thru. It was almost dark out and their sign has absolutely no lights on it so you can't read the menu in any way so I just took a random guess on what I wanted to order. I couldn't understand the guy on the other end of the speaker because he was so garbled and muffled and got really irritated with me because I didn't understand him say... KFC or Taco Bell... He said it three times really fast and staticky and I finally figured out what he wanted to ask. Got up to the front to pay and the girl that took my money was generally unpleasant. I took my food and went directly across the road to the hotel I was staying in and in the 3 minutes it took me to get there and opened up my food, it was soggy and cold and tasted terrible. Even for a Taco Bell which seems to be pretty consistent across the board, it was not good. Definitely will not be going back. Note to management if you even read this, you could use some lights on your board or flip the switch if there is one and see if you can pep up your employees just a tad. I work in customer service and there's no reason for that...

Horribly slow service. We're on a road trip and just had the worst experience at this KFC. We should have had a clue when the car in front of us left the line after trying to place an order. They were out of chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, and gravy. So I got Taco Bell, and my husband got a 3 piece big box. We didn't get asked if we wanted taco sauce, and forgot to ask, after waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes to get food. The door was locked so I couldn't run in to get sauce. No way was I going to endure the drive-thru again for sauce. The chicken box had deformed and dried out chicken pieces (ordered 3 drumsticks). There were actually 4 dried out small pieces of chicken in the box; one drumstick and 3 unidentifiable pieces, with very little meat - less than a wing would have. The biscuit was hard. The worker was not friendly in any way, whatsoever. She had absolutely no enthusiasm even taking our order. She looked at us like she hated us! Why is she working there if she's so unhappy?
