Hardee’s — Restaurant in Frankfort

M so I have to say this is the second time this week that I have showed up to Hardee's and they have been closed early and online it says they're open the first time they let me call in and order and I showed up to get it and they were gone this time they just are closed and it was 10:25 when I've got there and it says they're open until 11:00 so whoever does their website times might want to update it so they can stop having people come there for no reason because I don't appreciate me bringing my children out my husband works he gets off around 11:00 sometimes 12:00 and sometimes me having a three year old and a 7-month-old and being pregnant again I don't want to cook so it would be nice if you could update your times or at least have some courtesy for your customers to let them know that you're not going to stay open like your website says or like your time say. And just want to say this never happened until the manager that was working nights was let go over a dispute with the little girl and that's what she was was a little girl who calls problems and you think that they would have took the manager that they had who was good at his job and made sure that they were always open they never were closed early and they pretty much were on point with their food but since he's been gone they've...

My husband, 2 grandsons, and I went on Sunday afternoon after church. I always get the little quarter pounder combo. My 15 year old grandson ordered the new vegetarian hamburger. My husband and other grandson got the hot ham and cheese combo. When they both came, both burgers were burned, and the cheese was not very melted on my grandson's ham sandwich.I sent my burger back, but my grandson kept his and tried to eat it...so did my grandson who got the ham sandwich. When the second burger came, it was cooked just like the first one...burned. The workers at Hardees on Schenkel Lane don't seem nearly as efficient and conscientious as the ones on the west side...although I understand the same person owns both of them. This Hardee's franchise location is owned by Heritage Assets & their office is located in Shelbyville. I visit this location only because of their location & convience to me on my way home. Their store hours are until 11pm but I usually visit around 8:45pm. My issue is they never have tea made because they start closing down around 8pm. I asked at 8:45pm if they would make some tea and after checking with her manager she said yes. Then she came put to me and said they are out of tea bags. How can they run out if tea bags but magically they have them in the morning. I don't drink soda and the only sugar free drinks they have are diet coke & diet Dr Pepper. I plan on calling their home office on Monday since this has happened...
