Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Frankfort

Without a doubt the absolute worst place to eat in frankfort. Went by three weeks ago and placed an order, as usual it's never ready so the kid asked me to pull out front and he'd bring it to me. Well they turned the lights off and locked the doors and preceded to get in their cars, I asked them what they were doing he said, goin home. I asked where my food was and he acted he had never seen me before. Idiots. Today I go by with my son to get him some cheesebread and of course we have to Wait for 20 mins. I go in and again looked at me and offered to take my order, I said u already have and I've been waiting for 20 mins, where is my food. So she starts looking around like it's gonna magically fall from the sky or something only to realize she gave my food to someone else. Doesn't offer to fix the problem or anything just looked at me like I did it.i demanded my money back and left. These people have no business working in public service. Horrible service . They screw up and act like its your fault. I highly recommend you eat somewhere else. Frankforts lil ceasar sucks. avoid it and the horrible staff at all costs. I will never go bk to any lil...

This place has really gotten bad! Took me almost 15 minutes to get through drive thru then girl at the window said it would be 10-15 wait and they would bring it out to me. I ordered 2 oven roasted wings, and 2 Buffalo! Well I waited 30 minutes went to the door and knocked, told the guy that came to the door how long I'd been waiting and what my order was, and said I wouldn't be back after this, it shouldn't take this long, and he said: yeah I know, I work here and I wouldn't come back either! And there you have it folks, they don't care! So I requested a refund and left!! You could see some of the workers just standing around. I don't know who the owner is, but whomever the manager was last night he needs to be fired. They didn't apologize or even act like they cared!! And I wasn't the only one, ones that went through before me were still waiting on their food when I left! This is ridiculous, I've never seen a restaurant run like this...

Previous visits have been fine, nothing special, but not "bad". For their "Hot-and-Ready" I've never had to wait less than 10 minutes. On April 2nd, 2013, I walked in for two pizza's and left with none. While waiting in line I glanced up at the ceiling and noticed a small brown mouse walking around the light casing. I pointed this out to a woman working there and she rolled her eyes at me, saying nothing, and continued working.

I left.

He offered free pizza coupons (which he said he would be mailing me) and also gave me his direct phone number in case I had any issues in the future.
