Owner and managers are very disrespectful to both employees and customers. They so explicitly share and express their racial biases. They barely know English which makes it hard on employees and customers to understand them. The managers are people who moved from India 2 months ago, barely know anything about how to run the store and they run over employees like they're nothing. They jump at any chance to cheat the customers. They're very cheap and inconsiderate. If they're benefiting, they don't care if it affects the customers in a negative way. Countless times I've seen them not give customers the correct meat and veggie portions, they won't toast the sandwiches properly when the customers ask, and they try to overcharge the customers. Bread was fresh, not hard on ends n dry on the white Cold Cut sub,and the Italian herb and cheddar. Both were done right as we asked for the Italian herb and cheddar with the cheese steak lightly toasted. As for toppings they usually want to put 6 or 8 black olives on there. So I asked them to put more on there n he put 5 more slices on it that's my only complaint, I asked for heavy Black Olives first off though. I wouldn't give one star if I could. Put an order in online. Got there 15min later when they said my order would be ready. No one was in there but me and my order was sitting on the counter with my name visible. The little Indian guy was there playing on his phone when I asked multiple times if the order on the counter was mine. He consitstantly told me one minute as he played on his phone. 2-3 others walked in and not a hello or anything. Finally a younger lady walked in from her break and allowed me to take my food.
