( so mush for the fast food) set in the drive through for 20 minutes to confirm our order! Keep in mind I was in the new drive through system stuck for most of this time with vehicle blocking me in! Regardless order was in! Got to the window after 5 minutes. And they gave my order to the vehicle in front of me so they had me pull forward. I asked for a manager to bring my food. Because not only was she allowing her employee's to be flirting in the drive through window but she had the most negative response to every comment I asked. I proceeded to tell her I been in the drive through for about 30min to get pulled forward because the mistake of giving my order to the wrong vehicle she had the audacity to reply with well sir no one was making you stay there. Like excuse me what. No care for customer service this is most likely because her manager (boss) don’t care either and she knows she is won’t be held accountable for her lack of management! Not to mention I asked for her name so I could make sure I am talking to her boss about the correct employee so no one else on her team I confused with her but she slammed the door and walked away! Got there and the drive through was packed To be expected but what is NOT expected was to wait over 40 minutes stuck in the drive through. Not a car was moving then get to the speaker give our order number and was told to pull around. To our surprise when we pulled up the little girl working the window and the guy there with her was not only just standing there laughing not even trying to work they open the window and say what did u have? So we hand the receipt to them she quickly throws it back out the window to us and we hear them discussing how they gave our food to someone in front of us. About that time the guy in front of us was walking back in with our food. They then asked us to pull forward and wait we asked for a manager to bring the food as we were at this point very disappointed waited another 10 minutes for our food the manager on duty comes to the window an proceeds to argue with us about the wait time telling us well no one made u wait here she was the rudest most disrespectful not accommodating at ALL instead proceeds to be nasty and shuts the window in our face we will be calling the DM and likely will never return to this establishment. Read moreWhen I requested a manager for a refund for an extra fry, I got a rude and disrespectful "I basically am one so, you're talking to one" at the front counter. Whoever is working with customers should ALWAYS be respectful and kind to customer. I don't know your name because you weren't wearing a name tag, actually, none of the employees were wearing tags BUT, the short blonde haired lady. Not only was she rude to me but, to every other customer as well. Throwing the food bags on the counter is very unprofessional. The restaurant looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in over 6 hours. All the tables were nasty and sticky. The drink station was very messy as well. LASTLY, my order took about 15 minutes for me to receive. Even if you were understaffed, I didn't understand why there were about three "managers" standing there waiting for orders and pressuring teenagers instead of jumping in to help.
