Wendy's — Restaurant in Frankfort

I love their Apple Pecan & grilled chicken salads, but a little pricey. Actually, it was under $9.00, including tax, the just 2 days later over $9.00 total. Seems that they are pretty much pricing themselves outta the burger business, too. It is truly unbelievable to spend nearly $10 for a Dave's double combo, including small fries and a small drink.

I certainly don't mind employees earning a decent wage, but I'll bet that this inflation is the biggest reason for Wendy's and virtually ALL fast food establishments raising prices. You know that their inventory and food supply is delivered by trucks that consume high-priced diesel or gasoline (Biden's Price Hikes), so it's really difficult to blame the restaurants... Which I don't!

Overall, very nice and friendly staff and extremely prompt service. Actually, much improved now than before higher wages were being paid, I believe. The only reason for a 4-star review is that they've been a 3-star fie me prior but...

This place is always slow! Always messes up on meals!!! Never gives a receipt just so you can't go back and tell them when you're order is wrong either!!! They promise to give you a coupon in the mail but the coupon never shows up,it's the only Wendy's in Frankfort Indiana to go to or else I definitely would never go there again,even more gross is the employees not only look like low class indigents but act that way also,when you try to pull around and tell them if the problem they hoover in a crowd like a bunch of highschool groupies and laugh at you while talking to each other and try getting out of a resolution to the beginning issue,my honest opinion is if they charge higher prices then anywhere else you should get better treatment then anywhere else! On the most serious level!...

Management is very poor, managers take advantage of workers who do their job and don’t seek problems. They treat them as if they were very low and show no respect towards them. They smoke throughout their whole shift with other crew members leaving the non smokers of max 4 people in charge of the whole restaurant while they’re out curing their addiction, some crew members don’t even use gloves to make sandwiches which is against policy but when it’s late at night and managers are just trying to go home they allow this.... I suggest that you think twice before working here they can act all nice when the interview comes around but, the same day you start working you get treated like a dog... disgusting environment that’s the main...
