Worst Dunkin’ ive ever been too. The service is awful, the employees are rude, the food is never cooked, and the coffee always tastes awful. I have found hair in my food before. and the staff is always arguing in front of customers. Just a terrible experience. I remember one time I went and there was an employee with a headset on outside taking a smoke and I pulled in and he ran up to my car so I stopped and rolled down my window he said “we are really busy, tell me what u want and I’ll go in and get it for you” (there was no Cars in the parking lot) as confused as I was I just gave him my order and he walked inside... I didn’t know whether I should park or go through drive thru, it was just weird! So I parked and went inside (there was no customers inside) He handed me my coffee and said “here you go” and he walked away. Without taking my money.. this is the worst example of all the bad experiences I’ve had at this Dunkin’. Another time I went inside and an employee was standing on the counter in her BARE FEET with a broom trying to get something off the ceiling. Disgusting. This Dunkin’ is the worst.
Update: I went again hoping for better service since it’s the closest Dunkin’ to me... if you order food always check it before you eat it. I had little purple fuzz all in my wake up wrap....
Read moreWhat a difference a year makes. Last year I wrote a scathing (with a one-star rating) on how terribly run this place was, and how the DD corporation should shut this place down and/or revolk the ownership of whoever owns this location.
Well, in the last six months this place transformed itself from a one-star rating to four-stars. They've gotten rid of a few of the cancer cells who "worked" here and replaced them with working bees who seem to enjoy their duties. Every morning I'm met with a smile and a nice greeting. My breakfast sandwich is now always hot and "fresh" (if fresh means prefabbbed eggs) and ready in a short time.
The only reason it doesn't get a five-star has nothing to do with this staff but with the quality of the donuts. No matter what DD you go to the donuts are not very good, especially compared to the old days when they actually made them fresh in the store every morning.
Kudos to the new management and the employees who...
Read moreMy 1st time in this location and I had my 2 kids with me and I ordered 2 small hot chocolate's and a dozen donuts. So she rings me up and I look down at the register and it looked like $9 and change so I give her a $20 and she gives me $5 and change so I put the coins in the tip jar and realized she only gave me a $5 so I say I gave you a $20 how much was it? So she rings up a 1/2 a dozen and apparently she only rang me for a half the 1st time ( this whole time my 2 kids are fighting) as she was trying to justify charging me for 2 half dozen. So I leave and I wasn't happy. Because she over charged. Because if you buy a 1/2 dozen it is $5.49 each but if you buy a dozen it is like $8.99. So she over charged me by like $2.00. I was OK with the fact that she undercharged me and had to change me for the dozen. But to then charge me more for her mistake. That is just ridiculous. That location lost my business. Not a...
