Nicola's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Franklin Township

We have tried to give Nicola's the benefit of the doubt, but tonight was the last time we are going to order from them. We have ordered on and off for the last few months. Our first order was Roast beef subs and we were satisfied from placing the order on the phone to the food. Unfortunately that didn't last. My husband and I ordered the same thing a few weeks later, the roast beef was by far not the same quality. Next few orders were of wings, eggplant parm. Wings were good not so much for my eggplant,soggy. Ok so for our last order tonight ordered on the website, asked for again a cold sub,Extra lettuce,tomato onion and viniger. Someone called to verify what we wanted again on the sub.He was confused "Extra lettuce tomato onion no oil or mayo."So once again no tomatoes very little ham.My personal pizza was cold as alway's and soggy. I called to complain not something I do,but Nicola's aren't consistent with the quality service of the food. So I tried to explain that once again our order is wrong and the owner got very loud with me and wouldn't let me explain what the receipt says. He hung up on me after I defended myself that it was f*in annoying. Never again will we order from them. That's EXTRA LETTUCE AND TOMATOES, NOT EXTRA LETTUCE A NO TOMATOES. NO WONDER HE KEEPS...

The worst so-called Italian dinner I've ever had! Been coming to this place over 20 yrs. First time ordering a dinner. I paid $18 for a Chicken Francaise dinner that was supposed to include, according to the website, linguine & a salad. What I got: Chicken cutlets that appeared to be frozen, not fresh, heated up, floating in an extremely oily sauce, spaghetti instead of linguine and no salad. When I called to complain, all the owner did was justify the mistakes made. Tried to explain why it looked like that. And then.."Guess we ran out of linguine". "Salad doesn't come with it anymore". Prices went up. The menu plainly says it comes with it.."Next time you call I will give you a couple of dollars off for the spaghetti. No offer to rectify, i.e. credit money back to my debit card, or another dinner..no forget that. Would not want another one! Had that same dish in other places. None EVER like the one I got tonight. I give this a 0 star review on customer service alone but i cannot. Not only have I ordered here before for delivery twice but they have not called me back or warned me that my order was cancelled. I tried to be a nice customer and not bother but after 3 hours of being hungry and waiting (With a few calls in between) It never came. I tried again earlier today and they did the same thing. It's not like I live very far for they have previously ordered here before so what's the deal? Don't make any orders with the expectation that it would actually come.
