Hidden Gem Alert: Nirvanis Indian Restaurant – Franklin Township, NJ Craving bold Indian flavors? Nirvanis has it all — Punjabi classics, spicy Indo-Chinese fusion, a huge menu, and even a kids-friendly section that actually delivers. From butter chicken to chili paneer to mango lassis for the little ones — it’s comfort food with serious flavor. And psst… want FREE appetizers? Watch this video and ask your server how to get the hookup! Probably my favorite Indian spot to date. Nirvanis in Somerset is a gold mine. Fantastic service and absolutely delicious food. The menu is diverse and has so many options ranging from street food to indo chinese food. Highly recommend the Vada Pav sliders as an appetizer. Very spicy and super flavorful. If you have not had it before, it’s a spicy potato fritter served in a soft bun with served with tangy tamarind chutney. The Masala fries are a perfect snack. The veggie hakka noodles on the indo Chinese portion of the menu was great too. Definitely reminiscent of a chinese noodle dish with some Indian spices. Get the naanza, don’t even hesitate. The chicken tikka masala naan pizza is perfectly light, yummy, and with a thin crust. We ended up also trying the maxed chicken kebab which had four different kinds and all were fantastic. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area. I will be back for sure! Now for my standard comments. The location had plenty of open parking, a decent amount of seating indoors, and the interior was kept very clean.

I stopped in accidentally. I was purchasing food from the restaurant a few doors down. I didn’t realize they were open. I wandered in and was greeted from the moment I stepped in. I didn’t plan to purchase, but the menu was larger than expected. I ordered a Samosa Chaat and Mango Lassi. I was pleasantly surprised. The spices were fresh. The taste was amazing. We have had a few new restaurants open in the area and this by far was the best. The flavors just exploded. Need I saw, I never ate the food from next door! It will be left overs. I was truly impressed and I can’t wait to go back to try other menu items. Give it a try. You will NOT be disappointed. This is the taste I have been looking for without going all the way to Edison NJ! They nailed it ! You can even customize the spice level. New...

So i tried four different rolls and i loved three of them, aloo tikki roll and paneer keema roll being my most favorite! but the paneer tikka masala roll was a little disappointing, it was too dry and the paneer was also little hard to chew! The roll could have more chutneys (i did ended up eating with more white sauce and red sauce but still it wasn't that great. I also had the Paneer tikka masala curry bowl which was a quiet new thing for me! I like how it was nicely made with great quantity of food . It was a little sweet for me but overall it was nice. Oh their masala fries very yummy !! The quantity was also great for 4$ and it tasted amazing 😋

Highly recommend to try their rolls if you’re trying it for...
