Taco Bell — Restaurant in New Brunswick

Not even worth a star! Giving it because there’s no option to give 0 stars. PATHETIC service!!!! Never go there We ordered a bunch of items and were there at around 9:30pm the employee first of all were not attending us and we waited for 5 mins then while taking the previous persons order she dropped the register spilling all the coins out of it. Now 2 of employees were collecting the coins ( 1 would be enough to do that and other should taking the order knowing that the store is going to close) after a long wait she came to take order and she says if it’s card you have to order from the kiosk. Okay fine but shouldn’t she have said that before keeping me waited? And then she assisted to order from kiosk which was fine and she asked me it was dine in or take out it was around 9:40-45 and I said dine in to which she didn’t say anything. We waited to get our food and then in the end when the food finally came they said you are not allowed to dine in since we are closing. Now my problem is it was their lack of customer service which kept me waited and delayed my time to order. They kept saying (to my friend who arrived a bit early that we said we close at 10pm) okay which is fine but where is the service one employee does mistake the second comes to help her who can do the work herself instead of waiting customers. The same employee then says to order at kiosks comes with me and asks if we want to dine in when said yes she’s fine with it doesn’t care if the store is closing. Then gangs up with the other employees that you can eat here we close. When we asked her she should have at least informed us about this and we have gladly went to other store one of the other employee came and in a rude manner started to say we were preparing your food. She was not the one doing that and the other man was trying to argue and call cops because we expected to dine in! My time was wasted I had to have cold food which was poorly made (previous to what happened) after coming home what we see is quesadillas with what a pinch of cheese and burnt burrito supreme. TL;DR: they really load up whatever meal you have with lettuce and tomato whenever it is called for.

I used to love having the chalupas about 12 to 13 years ago. Then suddenly my experience of the quality that chalupa started to go down wherein I completely stopped ordering the chalupa because it just didn't seem to be the same. However, I decided to order the bean chalupa last night at this location and it was made with such precision, detail and diligence that it took me back to over a decade ago as a testament to why I loved the chalupa. It was a perfect creation of a layer of beans, well cooked, that were not dried and flaky. Topped with a voluminous quantity of fresh lettuce and a thick layer of juicy tomatoes and cheese. Every bite into that chalupa was absolutely gorgeous after each bite was topped generously with your fire sauce. You would think that after reopening the quality would be better, but honestly that's not the experience I had. I was acknowledged after 5 minutes since all the workers were goofing off. I had placed a mobile order in advance and knew what I had ordered. At first they handed me a ice tea, which was not the drink I had ordered, and when I corrected them they were clueless. shortly after I received my food, and knowing how fast food is I always check the orders before I leave. Not only were things missing but when I arrived home to finally eat the food I had ordered I could barely enjoy it. The Mexican pizza was crushed, the chalupa I had ordered was not even the correct meat I had chosen. The potatoes were old and tasted like they were left in the oil for way too long. I don't know what can fix this taco bell, but I think they need to get stricter managers who choose to serve customers first and make sure their needs are met first before goofing off.
