We arrived around 820. I looked at the door and it said open until 10 on Fridays. Online it states 9, but I did not look online. The woman working was very nice and trying her best to make the situation good. The short man with brown hair and facial hair was awful. He was in the back while she had 5 people including ourselves in line. He didn't bother at all to assist her but did come out to ask the last lady if she was getting a pretzel or churro. English was not her first language so he started yelling repeatedly that he just needed to know so he could do the dishes. Then, he snatched up the pans and he walked off saying this is America angerly loud enough for us all to hear. Still made not a single attempt to assist the lady. Just slamming doors walking in and out of the back room. He told a couple that they closed at 830 and locked the front door. It was very uncomfortable and he was extremely rude, racist and unprofessional. He needs to get control of himself. If you close at 830 you need to change your hours on the door and online. Your employee is taking his frustrations out on the customers and it's not...
Read moreOk so this is one of my favorite Subway's, Probably because I really like the design really elegant feel. The service always a wonderful experience great people work there! The food always fresh ( Some always say how do you mess up a Sub ) well believe it or not for those that do think that it's only a Sub, If the ingredients aren't fresh sorry then theres a problem towards the sub itself because I do look forward to a great quality sandwich. I only saying this because I've been to a Subway where it wasn't fresh could tell from soggy lettuce and tomatoes. Yet still served, that's sad good thing This Subway is awesome. I'd rate it 5 stars but my experience has to be blown away which this review was hard to because they do meet all expectations so read my comment and you could base it off my...
Read moreIt's a Subway, what do you want? Seriously. Though this one is a little unique in that the building it's in is a piece of Morrow County history. It's where The Leaf restaurant was from the early 60's oil boom until the mid 90's. It was literally fine dining in out county. Had a soda counter as well which had fresh pies and all that. Really unique building architecturally. Not sure who designed it but it must have been really beautiful back when 71 first opened and I imagine all the surrounding trees must have been amazing. Check it out if you're in the area and imagine what it was like back then while you eat your...
