Amigos Y Familia — Restaurant in Franklin

This Amigos is SO MUCH better then the Hearne one! I know they have the same Menu, but the Food taste better here so I assume it is the Line Cook. Even something as simple as when I order the Hamburger my Fries are cooked better here. Then the Manager here is ALWAYS busting his butt to help the Servers keep us Customers satisfied. Pretty much Guaranteed when you come in he or one of the Servers will greet you and are all so friendly, so I guess I like the Environment too.

Surprisingly one of the Best things on the Menu is their Huge Hamburger, I see a lot of people Order it. My favorite though is the “Amigos Burrito” I’m not a Big Mexican Food or Burrito Fan but I like this one! The New “El Grande Burrito” is pretty Good too, but it is apply named and Huge! My wife loves the “Mushroom Spinach Quesadillas” I tried the “Barbacoa Torta” once too and it was decent. And I like the Breakfast plates, fried Potatoes with Refried Beans and Tortillas are so good together, and I’ve always liked Huevos with Chorizo. The only thing I don’t care much for honestly is...

Seat yourself, which led to about 10 minutes to give us our menus. The young lady brought the menus and said the waiter would take our drink order. Another 5-10 minutes to wait for waiter to come to our table. Only 2 other tables were occupied at the time. Chips looked like we got the bottom of the bag. Queso tasted like velveeta that was microwaved and already cold when it got to the table. Food order was wrong. Husband ordered beef fajita enchiladas. The young lady (I believe her name is Mia) told him with an attitude, that he was charged for ground beef. 5 minutes later, I received my plate of ground beef enchiladas. I ordered cheese but didn't even say a word. The beef was not fully cooked. At this point, we just got up, paid the bill, and left. Horrible experience! Lesson learned for us. My first time at these town on my way back to the Dallas Fort Worth came to eat so we Order but when the server brought us the plates it wasn’t what I have expected so i ask the server if we could change for a different plate she when and to tell the cook that we always come and do the same thing with our plate I have never in my live seen this women or been to these restaurants.
