The Lube Exchange — Local services in Franklin

I went to lube exchange to get new tires. I had to get 4 to get the tire warrantee. After putting the tires on they informed me that all of my tire pressure sensors had gone bad. I had just bought a new one and they all worked when I got the tires. They refused to take responsibility for the dysfunction of the sensors so I drive around with warning lights all the time. But there's more with this place ...... I had a slow leak in a tire so I went to then because the tires are under warranty. Turns out the run was cracked so I had them put the tire back on to deal with that in my own. They torqured the key lug so tight that it stripped when I tried to remove the tire. Again, I took it back to lube exchange to fix the lug problem and they told me that it was a malfunction of the key lug! They told me I needed to take the car somewhere else to get it off, so here I am at their competitors, who told me, by the way, that the key lug should never be installed with an impact driver! Hi to these people at your own risk, because they do screw up and they do NOT take...

I have never experienced a rude mechanic or whatever they call themselves at this place in my life. I went for an oil change and have been having a leak. I forgot to ask the guys to check for it before they started working on it. I asked the man at the front (tall, skinny, dark hair) if he could please tell them to look for it before they started the oil change. He didn’t. Was absolutely rude to me and told me they’re getting to my car and I can go sit down. Didn’t say anything to the guys because I watched him the entire time and he thought he’d lie about it to my face.
