I had high hopes for this restaurant, but my recent experience left a terrible taste in my mouthâboth figuratively and literally. I initially planned to order online for pickup, but the nearly $5 in unexplained fees BEFORE TIP was enough to make me reconsider. Since I was within walking distance, I decided to order inside and wait for my food.
The chicken nachos, clearly priced at $14.50 on the menu, magically turned into $19âwith NO add-ons. The rice trio dish was advertised at $15.75 but cost me $21. When I questioned the excessive charges, the staff sheepishly admitted that the owners force them to add these hidden fees. If they donât, they âget in trouble.â Sketchy much? This place screams shady business practices, charging extra without disclosure.
the restaurant doesnât even provide change for cash payments. if you pay with cash, you wonât get any change back because they âdonât have cash tills.â Theyâll gladly take your money but wonât give back a single cent. This is beyond unprofessional; itâs borderline unethical.
The food itself was ok but the outrageous price is not worth. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values honesty and transparency with their customers.    Read moreI'm not one to complain but I came in earlier for a pick up order that I waited an hour for. At the time it didn't seem very busy, the host informed me it would be a few more minutes I waited patiently for over 45 minutes then I asked someone at the bar if they could check to see if my order was ready because the host was slammed at this point trying to seat people the lady at the bar was just a waitress and informed me there was someone in charge of that up front I let her know I couldn't catch her because she was so busy but I had been waiting for over an hour and my husband had to go to work so I had to go back home and watch my son so he could leave. She told me she'd tell the host. More time went by I caught the host myself who was seating another party she said I'm seating people and walked away more time passed she came to tell me that the "computer messed up but they're making it now" I ended up having to get a refund as I could not wait any longer. That's after the fact I called 3 times to even place an order. I will not be dining in or ordering there ever again as this is not the first problem I've had there. The Host needs some HELP and the other staff needs to learn TEAMWORK. She really could've used a hand when all the large groups piled...

Still thinks it's ridiculous to be charged to pick up my food. I use to love this place but I shouldn't have to order online to get quality service etc.
A little frustrated as a customer. I understand that restaurants can't make their prices for the general population all of the time but I do think it's overpriced. Called in an order tonight and explained 3 times what I wanted and asked ahead if they could even do what I asked. Basically just wanted a chicken quesadilla with veggies with rice and beans. They said yes that they have that. Never got the rice and beans and then the the quesadilla had several up charges and wound up being the price of a meal just by itself. Then the tiniest cup of cheese dip is $6 and I know it doesn't cost much to make. And then just to carry our own food out the door is another $2.50 charge. Just makes it hard to afford a date night in on top of the drive to get it. And then to get home to a wrong...
