Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Franklin

I don't know what happened to Domino's. It used to be one of my favorite pizza places. The employees are always friendly but the pizza has gone downhill. My last order was no good and it seems that topping proportions are very inconsistent; If I order Extra chicken, pepperoni, or cheese, there seems to be no difference between Regular chicken, pepperoni, or cheese. The pictures show the pizza from the last time that I ordered. It was overwhelmingly alfredo sauce and hardly any cheese, even though I ordered quadruple cheese, and doubled every other topping (there is no additional sauce on my plate, that was all from the pizza).

Edit 1: After reaching out on the App, I was contacted by Dominos and was offered credit for a new pizza. I will update the rating next time I try them because it might have just been a couple mishaps.

Edit 2: After ordering pizza a couple more times here, the pizza was better so I improved the food rating but It seems like skimpy toppings are the new normal. It's not a bad pizza but no matter how many toppings that I add, it's still a dainty pizza - and a 5 topping large Domino's pizza is not worth $24. Luckily they have deals which make it closer to what it's worth.

That being said, customer service here is always great and so is the speed that they make the pizza when you pick it up...

Starting off they didn’t honor the promoted managers deal written on the wall, then the employee handling the register who had no clue how to work or even start it took our money when she was not sure what she was even doing and proceeded to give me change. We waited 25 minutes for someone to come check on us, and when going to check on our order nothing was there. The cashier never asked for a name or number which is how it would be linked to us and prove we paid and ordered it. Then she asks me for more money for my order when already being paid and totaled out. I gave her more money because she insisted even when we spoke up. Nothing was done to better or make this experience right, I highly do not recommend...

I use to be a loyal customer.... But not anymore! Bunch of liars that work there!.i ordered 2 pizza's and they totally screwed them up royally. Wrong name and wrong pizza's wrong number! I talked to manager and she said they'll replace them and apologized for the huge mix up. Then i call back 3 weeks later. Different manager said they don't replace pizza's.they send you coupons in mail. Basically saying i was lying! I will never eat a dominos pizza again! Wow....this is how you treat your loyal customers! I'll tell everyone possible how horrible your customer service is! I'll stick with pizza hut and God fathers! Atleast if they screw up they fix it and don't lie there...
