So I’m going to be very honest and blunt. So my grandparents took me out for ice cream after church. We got 3 twisted cones. All 3 of us got the same and we agreed it had a funny taste and didn’t taste right. So my grandmother walked up to the manager and she politely told her what the issue was. I just went to the haggerty's ice cream in Oil City ordered a Philly cheese steak and fries and Philly cheese steak was so burnt that bread was soggy I pretty much threw it out after two bites then it came with fries and the fries are so overly cooked and filled with grease it's like they haven't changed the oil in a month and when you say any complaints till they don't do anything about it worse place to get food the worst business ever and the customer service sucks that was a waste of $12 meal never...

I’ve had excellent food every time I’ve been here except on one occasion. They close at 8 and we ordered mini tacos and fried veggies at about 7:30pm. The mini tacos were good, but the veggies were lumped together in a mush ball. Some were still cold. I don’t think the oil was hot enough. Plus the lady that took our order seemed very stressed out and irritated. Make sure you get there earlier in the day, and not before closing.
