This has to by far be the WORST Dunkin ever. Fast yes, attitude AWFUL!. I am referring to the morning shift. Really upsets me because it so close to my work. I will never go back. The guy in the morning is nice and polite but the two woman especially the blond one with the poofy hair. She is the rudest, snarliest person and this isn't the first time she has been rude. Plus she talks about people not realizing the mic is still on. How unprofessional. She seems nice at first until she speaks after the words Good Morning then the claws come out and WOW DONT order food. My son works at a dunks also so I asked him one day "Is it pain to make the veggie egg bites? Is it hard? Difficult?" He said " No Mom not at all you put them on a tray throw it in the new ovens and BAM done!" When I ordered my egg bites the attitude was if I asked her to go wait for the chicken to lay me a fresh egg!!! I mean what in the world. Several people I know have had the same experience same shift, same Dunkin. AWFUL I will never go back, I would rather drive across town or go to Honey Dew or even Starbucks then ever drive into this Dunkin again. Good luck to those who do!!! She had a major attitude the entire time. Just fire her. She obviously hates her job and wants to make everyone around her miserable.
She very clearly canāt handle the pressure of the rush and should probably look for another job if sheās going to be that much of a jerk about the experience.
First few impressions I let go but as I kept talking to her itās very clear she had zero respect for the person she was talking to and I canāt stand when people like her get a job that requires to talk to people.
No one cares that youāre tired, stressed, or irritated because of the last few customers.
I didnāt show up to the speaker with an attitude because I know what it means to respect the people that are making your food.
I also use to work for Dunkinā donuts and they put me on the window because I had a way of getting extra tips.
So whether this is a branch or corporate location, sheās making you look HORRIBLE.
Hopefully sheās not a supervisor.. but I also wonder if thereās a supervisor there just letting her talk however she wants. Crazy, unnecessary experience today.

Something that really put them over the top for me was an instance about a month or so back where I must have accidentally selected a different location when entering my order on the app. I had no idea I had done it, pulled into the drive thru (they called me up by name at the speaker) and when I got to the window they said they hadn't received my order. We figured out what happened and instead of sending me away empty handed or making me pay them for the order, they just made it for me there on the spot.
I thought that was very nice of them. They didn't have to do that. They could have charged me for the order or just sent me away to the other location the order actually went to (a couple towns over) and they would have been completely right to do so, but they didn't and that was...
