Starbucks — Restaurant in Franklin

By far the worst service on the weekends! The week day stuff are welcoming, but the weekend staff totally different they can not handle the drive thru and in store service. There was no one inside I stood at the register for almost 10 mins without any acknowledgement, there were 8 people working and 3 cars in the drive thru line. When someone came over she just looked at me frustrated that I came in instead of going through the drive thru. Order was wrong so I just left with the wrong order. Common courtesy and pleasant service...

The food selection is limited, it's what you'd expect from a Starbucks, but It's a good meeting spot in town. All the staff is really friendly and happy. I went to meet a small group of people there and order a small bite to eat. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, so not only did they make no fuss about me ordering a tap water to go along with my food, but they gave me a generous grande size cup to go along with my food. The amount of times I have ordered oatmilk creme drinks and almond milk creme drinks and you guys STILL put coffee in my drink. NOT EVERYONE CAN HAVE CAFFEINE. Do better.

edited to add they said they would replace my drink with a receipt. But yet they didn't provide a receipt with the original purchase. Thanks for just taking my money and messing up my drink. Way too expensive to just be throwing money away on something...
