I don’t know what it is about this specific location but every time we have gone here, we are met with horrendous customer service and also horrendous drinks and food. The last time we went here we ordered two of the Reese’s peanut butter cup macchiatos and my mother in law got hash browns since she had a free reward for it. The Reese’s macchiatos tasted like watered down coffee and had absolutely no Reese’s flavor. We had to add our own syrup when we got home so luckily we had some of the same flavor on hand. Hash browns tasted burnt and stale, like it was not only left out for a few hours or maybe a few days but also burnt to a crisp.
We just visited this location tonight to get a coffee before dinner and again we are disappointed. Upon walking in, we heard some people in the back yelling and using cuss words about random stuff and we even heard them telling each other not to clean stuff and to let morning shift do it. Disgusting! I would hate to know what they don’t clean during Night Shift… I ordered a cookie butter cold brew and again it tastes like watered down cold brew with zero flavor! What in the world? I don’t understand why these irresponsible teenagers cannot make drinks right nor can I understand why they feel the need to run their mouths like that even when they are slow. You never know when people are coming in, folks! Keep it professional always. My mother in law is also disappointed with the toasted white chocolate latte she had as it has zero flavor as well.

I live out in Fairview-I have a Dunkin 3 mins from my house, I purposely wait and drive the almost 30 to be sure to come to this one prior to work practically every day! I normally order ahead on the app-but have had a handful of times where I order at the window. No matter the case though they are always quick! Even when they are absolutely slammed I still feel like compared to others-they hustle! I can’t begin to say enough about the staff at this location! Everyone seems to be real quick to post “bad” reviews. Lord knows we need more positive in this world. Not sure I’ve ever seen a smile from any employee. I get it though. You work for sunken donuts at 630am on a Saturday. What’s there to be happy about? Nevertheless, you took the job. Would be nice to spend my money in a place that at least pretends to not hate my guts.
Always and I mean always out of donuts too early. The worst. Why…because they don’t even make donuts at sunken donuts anymore. They order them from some distant place and order less than they’ll need to save on food cost.
