Dunkin' — Restaurant in Franklin

Thank you to the guy behind the counter who actually listened to what I had to say at the store this morning unlike the apparent manager. Clearly there was a problem and they were closing the lobby for service, but I had an on-the-go order and he acknowledged that I said that to him. The clearly-overwhelmed and agitated "manager" then came up in a borderline hostile/confrontational manner to address people who were approaching the counter. I had previously and very clearly indicated that I had an on-the go order. She aggressively AGAIN said to me, "It's only on-the-go orders in here" and I repeated that I did have an on-the-go order and that's why I was waiting inside. She said, "CALM DOWN! What is it with you people today?? (and I'd like to know what she meant/was implying by "you people"), and said I WAS the one who was "going on and on" (She was also muttering negative comments in reference to my order while it was being prepared). Absolutely reprehensible behavior on the part of a shift leader and the Dunkin Donuts at the Bestway in No. Franklin has lost me as a customer until her behavior is addressed by ownership

When ordering I had to repeat my drink order twice because when I stated my order the first time the person taking my order was clearly not at the register since she asked me to repeat it again by saying “how was it again?”. Next when getting to the window, my drink was wrong. Even after repeating it twice. I ordered a donut as well after repeating my coffee. I had to ask for the donut at the window before asking for my coffee to be remade so I don’t think she rang the donut up. The man in the window seemed confused about me asking for the donut. I do appreciate the nice gentlemen at the window who remade my coffee for me and told me to have a nice day. He handled the issue professionally but there were too many errors to excuse. Absolutely wonderful!!! Very clean, spectacular service and always super friendly! 😊 Ashley, the Manager and the entire team (sorry I do not currently have all of their names- will add/edit once I know them ) are ALWAYS upbeat, smiling and extremely welcoming. They are all totally on top of their game first thing in the morning. When we arrive, they automatically get our favorite order set to go as well as ask if we want to add anything to our “usual.” Truly a delightful way to start the day - they jump start our day in the happiest direction with such warm, friendly and top notch service.
