Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Franklin

I placed an order through Uber eats with a delivery ETA of 30-45 mins. An hour later this store was “still preparing” the order according to Uber eats app. I messaged the driver after delivery had been delayed by 35 mins & he said they kept telling him “we don’t have it yet” whatever that means. I tried calling the store and after 15 mins of no one answering I gave up & canceled my order. Oh and this is the 2nd time this has happened- about 2 weeks ago my husband placed on order over the phone & when he showed up they acted like they never got his order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE....

We moved down from MI back in August and I was quite happy to find out there was a Jets Pizza in Nashville that delivers to where I work at! I love their Antipasto Salad and it's a great deal for me to get the small for 3.99, it lasts me two days easily. My daughter and I take turns buying the small pizza and salad for lunch and usually there is some left over. I think for $20 with the tip and they brought it to me? Well worth it. I called in a take out order. When I got here, they didn’t have my order in their system. At first they accused me of calling some other location. Then when I showed them the call on my cell phone to their location, they said they were training a bunch of people and the new person probably forgot to enter my order. So they ask me to order again and sit and wait while they make it. No offer from them to compensate me for my inconvenience. From now on I will call in my order and call back again 5 minutes later to see if they actually have my order in...
