I had a really incredible experience with Kailey cakes. I ordered a character cake for my sons first birthday. My mother picked up the cake and really didn’t check it and when I got the cake in front of me I didn’t feel like it was what I understood I was getting and I felt really disappointed. Maybe my communication could have been better on what exactly I was expecting- either way in the moment I was extremely upset. I called the store in frenzy and was probably not the nicest I’ve ever been however this business handled the issue beautifully. Never once was I made to feel invalidated and all they wanted to know was what they could do to make me happy. By the end of the conversation I was bawling and telling them it was fine because we were close to an hour away. THEY DROVE 45 MINUTES to my home to make sure that my sons cake was exactly how I wanted it. They have my business for life, and I am so grateful that this is a company that truly cares for...

Everyone who tried the cake pops, cake and pretzel rods raved about how good they were. Several people even asked my mom to bring the leftovers to the day-after wedding brunch. Superb quality and the presentation was beautiful.

They are professional and timely in their communication. We didn’t know what we wanted moving into the event and they always replied to all queries and followed up on multiple threads of conversation.

They helped us pick the perfect type and number of sweets by providing us with many options and possibilities.

Because my wedding was in Nashville, they delivered the sweets the morning of the event making that aspect of the day stressless.

Made us a simple chocolate cake (per our request) at the last minute. We called on Friday, late in the afternoon, scrambling for any bakery in the area (between Franklin, Murfreesboro, and Smyrna) to bake us a nice chocolate cake with chocolate ganache drip. She called me back in a timely manner and was the only shop able to help with such short notice. I told her a chocolate cake, chocolate icing, and a chocolate ganache drip with Happy Birthday written on the cake in blue - it looked amazing and tasted amazing. The chocolate flavor was delicious. I'm an avid baker and I've also been to several bakeries for cakes but this blew me away (I'm not even a huge fan of chocolate cake, haha). Job well done!
